The manager, Chris...is not very helpful when I asked a question about redeeming an app offer in restaurant, he stated that he didn't use the app so he didn't know how it worked. When I scanned my app code in restaurant, the scanner didn't work so I didn't receive any points. So no offer and no points. The other employees were great and tried to do what they could. The restaurant tables/chairs could use some updating but was fairly clean. The restrooms are awful. It is connected to a gas station/store which it shares the restrooms with...hold it if you can. The food was typical Wendy's quality. The order was accurate, just missing 1 nugget from the 4 count which the worker resolved quickly. Went there this morning on my lunch break. Went back to work, and took one small bite, realized it tasted funny looked down and this is what I got. I was so disgusted and I called and told them. They were nice but they said that the grill is on a timer and says when it is done. Well obviously not because this is not done. I was cool about it and didn’t lose my ish but I am upset and disgusted for sure. This is unacceptable!

The young lady at drive thru was very friendly and accommodating.The burgers were cooked fresh..I went to the restroom and the carpeting leading to the restroom was sticky and black.It was shockingly filthy..That was years of build up.. The ladies in drive thru are very rude when i ordered she was trying to charge me for more than one meal .i said no only one she got upset a rolled her eyes at me . I told her that she doesnt need to be rude and kept on being rude . I paid and left . Just came from Wendy's on Gross road and I got two biggie bags with double stacked hamburgers and they were the best burgers I've ever gotten from any Wendy's better than McDonald's. And the service was fast and the employees were very polite and every time I've ever went there they always have good service. I wish I can give zero stars. I’ve been coming here for years to get something to eat before going to the AMC theater next-door or coming here to eat after coming out of the movie. Never really had an issue until today. Came in there was nobody in line nobody’s working the front counter they got some young hood rats working behind the counter nobody acknowledges me nobody took my order. The employees and the manager are just staring at me and two of the employees are having a back-and-forth argument about who to serve me because neither one of them wanted to take orders and again the manager is just sitting there not reacting at all about three minutes later two other people came in so now there’s three people in line and the employees are just looking at us and laughing at us , like we’re an inconvenience to them. After five minutes I just walked out. They need to fire all that hood rat trash. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you have all day and in no hurry, it's not as bad as it can be. Slow service is an understatement. Food might or might not be hot. Whoever is working if their in a good mood, the food is usually good, if not you're in for crappie food. Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Manager had lobby closed at 2pm she didn't say anything to me for about 5 minutes. She got upset that another customer walked in and she screamed "the lobby is closed" after a while I left since she didn't even took my order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place has gotten 100 times better from a year ago when I stopped going new staff all friendly and fast. Hope it stats like that good job people working there I'm glad to see we can still get good customer service.
