I ordered one impossible burger to go. The place was not crowded at all. I went next door to Hobby Lobby until my order became ready. Goes to show that there are folks out there that is throwing food together. I got home and saw whoever made the burger didn't even pay attention. They had ONE job. The outside portion of the burger was flipped inside and the ketchup and onions was on the outside portion. I took a bite and realized that's not the way the sandwich should be. I thought it might be a new way of making the impossible burger. I went online to Wayback and saw that it was NOT the way the burger should have been made. Suffice it to say, I won't be back. This was a first time here, and wow. Burger was perfection! It was perfectly cooked and so juicy. Cheese curds were ok but the burger stole the show. I’m sure we will be back at some point. Great burgers, portions are fair, and the ambiance in there is really nice. Best part was definitely the service! The only thing I'd change is with the spicy ranch try to use less Tabasco, it cuts through most of the flavor. Great place!

Stopped in for the first time as we are new to the area. Our food was good and the gentleman waiting on us was very nice. He actually came out and talked to us twice. I loved my chili cheese fries!! My only suggestion would be to clean the tables more frequently. Quite a few had not been wiped down between patrons, including the one we sat at. The bathroom however was reasonably clean.

Service was awful. Very rude and disrespectful. There were way more people working (I mean standing around) than customers yet it still took over 25 minutes for a couple of subpar unseasoned burgers and fries. Do yourself a favor and skip this franchised, processed, overly corporate fast food chain and go somewhere else. There are many better locally owned places in the area with much better service! Always a great time whether I pickup or dine in. Juicy burgers that you can add whatever to. And my favorite thing is the O fries! Don’t eat here if you want your money’s worth. They gave 10 cheese curds for $5.47. Asked the employee if what was on the plate was the full order, they said yes. I am truly appalled.
