Ice cream parfait wasn't made right. It was mixed like a milk shake no Carmel drizzle and no dome lid. With the instructions on the cup. I don't appreciate people improvising when it comes to my food. The atmosphere was depressing. I'm trying to give them the benefit of a doubt, but they keep disappointing. My fruit was old and my pretzel crumbled as I was eating it, I'm really trying to give a good review but it's pointless. I won't be coming here anymore. I always see Vincent and the other two ladies that work there. Vincent is such a kind gentleman and always puts a smile on my face when I come in at night! He said I am always positive and it makes his work night better. Well you sir make the night go better after a tough work day! Two the other two ladies you are awesome and always are delightful when I come in at night! Karma will gift you because you are all amazing human beings! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointed I’ve never had to get a refund from Wawa because the person behind the deli counter making my sandwich decides to move his hair behind his ear with the gloved hand. He’s making my food with. I even called the kid out on. I told him I saw what he did and was wrong, and he should change his gloves which he did not He then finished making the sandwich. So I told him forget it went to the register and got a refund. He needs to put a hairnet on and stop touching his hair with a Gloves that he’s making peoples food with. He should not be behind the counter. It’s all I can say put him emptying trash, cans or something it’s OK to get them dirty. If I see him behind the sandwich counter in the future I’ll just skip the sandwich

Hi, I don’t know who one of your workers names is but he is tanned with dark hair. And let me tell you, he is amazing. I ordered a drink and he ANNOUNCED it. It was absolutely amazing and made my night after having a bad one. He deserves a raise. Love him.

This location is by far one of the worst in the county. Items are resocked at a much slower rate than other locations. Food is constantly messed up. Store a facilities are dirty. Very poorly managed.

Very disappointed with food tonight! Ordered a cheese steak to try it arrived cold,cheese not melted, and meat dried out. Can not blame delivery driver for this. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla well it was also cold no ranch and the quesadilla was like card board. Ordered a jar of dip never made the trip. Called store to let them know spoke with John he said the driver may have taken it. Said I need to come to store to solve the problem and then tried to explain how they could maybe fix it, very confusing. Not the first time some thing missing in the order. So over this no one seems to do any thing right and are fast to past responsibility off. Hey wawa before moving on to new items work on consistency.

Ordered a pizza and p/u was 450pm but nvr received until 510pm. Ice cold. Nvr again. And they failed to mention it was at register and not where it should've been.

I never thought I would say this but both the sandwich quality and sandwich selection really plummeted at the Brookhaven Wawa. Their meatball hoagies were once incredible but are now horrible. The new marinara sauce that they use on their meatball sandwich tastes like a barbeque sauce and is terrible. Barbeque sauce and meatballs do not go together. The new meatballs they now use also taste terrible. What I once considered a phenomenal sandwich is now such an utter disappointment that I did not even want to finish it and would never buy another. Also, they no longer offer either tuna or chicken salad hoagies. You cannot go to at least this Wawa now and get a tuna sandwich. Seriously, are you kidding??? You also wait so much longer for your food to be prepared and I repeatedly hear those behind the counter complain amongst themselves if someone places a larger order. And to top if off, Wawa does their best to price gouge you! A classic hoagie is now $8 and even the price of their soft pretzels is significantly higher than they were not even a year ago and they now sell stale pretzels. It used to be their pretzels were always fresh and would stay moderately fresh for days in their plastic wrapping. That is no longer the case as they now apparently keep their pretzels on the shelves until they sell. Apparently company profits are much more important than customer satisfaction. Gotahava Wawa??? No, I am not feeling it anymore. The whole organization is going downhill.
