Workers are never doing their jobs. Always talking or walking around. You have self check your own items out. Very rude. Dirty and never any baby food, snacks for my toddler. Need to have more people in cashiers. Long line when you have to show receipts.

This walmart is the worst the employee's that work in makeup department are rude and unprofessional horrible customer service. WALMART YOU NEED TO RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEE'S ON HOW TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS .The girl that was working in the makeup department today very rude would not let us take a bottle of $4 shampo up to front of store when i have $600 in grocerys in my cart I ask if she could put in a lock box she said no i said im going to checkout now can you please take to front her reply (I WILL TAKE IT UP THERE WHEN I WANT TO!) WOW UNBELIEVABLE when their was nobody in her line also everything is outdated molded bread slimmy apples I will never shop here EVER AGAIN!!

I love our local Walmart. I had a great experience I’d like to share recently. A young employee by the name of Andrew really went above and beyond for me. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, then help me find it. He was kind and genuinely interested in what I had to say. It’s tough finding good help and customer service during the holiday rush! But Andrew shined bright! Walmart, you have a great employee in Andrew, don’t take that for granted! Merry Christmas!!

The store is big and similar to all the other Walmarts. Nothing bad to say. Was just getting a few things for the road trip

I'm starting to hate this store. Everytime an old lady is harassing people with the receipt 🧾 and she acts all smart saying that there's more items then what the receipt says and she puts her hands in the bags I don't know if that's illegal but that's too much she's going overboard. Is she getting a big check, because I don't think so. This only happens in Delano. Everyone should put a complaint on that lady.

Order an item off online, for Black Friday message online for a eta they stated they don’t know called the store spoke to Danny she said she was in charge of shipping could not give me an answer. I said how if you are in charge she said the truck have until 3:30 to leave then I requested a store manager then she sent me to a guy name Carlos who said they cannot give me an answer but it will be delivered before 10pm. I then asked for a store manager once again I was denied. Then I said ok well is my tv even there he like it on the floor I was like why is it on the floor if I already paid for it. I said so ur telling me anyone can buy my tv I will be waiting until 10pm for that I already paid for. Not only are they keeping me from leaving because I have to be here for my tv so it doesn’t get stollen, ur telling me I have to wait for a tv that someone could buy from under my feet. There is no stucker. I told him to take the tv I bought off the sales floor he refused to. Once again I asked for the store manager. I have all recording of this interaction and screen shots of these conversations. It is not right for someone to be lazy at their job. Especially when I paid for a tv and have the recipet for it

We stood in line for about 30 minutes, and the checker didn't no how to do her job, and then did not check the bags and kept one of ours we didn't realize it until we got home, if that's the only help you can get we will start shopping somewhere else.

WORST WAL MART EVER! The workers do not take pride in their job at all. If you ever ask them a question, nobody ever knows anything. I wanted to buy a newly released game that came out today and the 2 workers at first weren't sure.. saying there's no label out in the display case for that game. I told them their was a label for almost a week lol, and once they found it. They told me it would be out to buy until "sometime later tonight" for some strange reason. And whenever I call the electronic department to ask to see if it's ready to be picked up. Nobody ever answers the phone. Also, this wal mart has the worst shopping cars. Almost every cart is broken or have bad wheels. What a shame.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My call was transferred many times. I guess they don’t like handling complaints. Which would not happen if one of the items I ordered online wasn’t missing. To MR.DENNIS (delivery guy) I hope you don’t do the same mistake to other customers.
