Very Clean and Customer oriented Walmart. I had a pleasant experience and they were very helpful. A special thank you to the Manager for working things out for me in Customer service today. She was very knowledgeable and helpful she was young and very intelligent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Do not shop here unless you want to be treated like a criminal. Every time I have visited here I have been stopped by the old lady they have sitting at the door. I have watched her let multiple other people pass so she can stop me specifically. I usually use the self checkout but didn't today because I figure that's why she always stops me. I watched 3 other customers walk by her from self checkout and she stood waiting for me. I can understand the self checkout but it's not my fault if Walmart doesn't trust it's actual cashiers. I don't know what this lady has against me but I will be walking right past her in the future.
Not really a big fan of Walmart no more especially after seeing the video where one of the employees called the local authorities when a lady brought a small child in freezing weather wearing nothing but a trash bag you could tell the small child was freezing was wearing nothing but a diaper a lady brought clothes and put it on the child while the mother was on the phone care less and Walmart terminated her under what grounds . Why didn't lost prevention that watches the video cam call the authorities Walmart is giving the impression they don't care about the safety of the shoppers only the Great Mighty Dollar. It happened in one of the northern states Walmart did not comment
No one in automotive center is ever available to help. No one ever answers the phones for callers like me that was stranded w blown out tire. Automotive is suppose to be open til 6-7 on Sunday or so the online website says. This is one of the worst stores to get an employee to help. There's no customer service at all.
Normally, I like shopping at the Suwanee WalMart; however, my last 2 order online and curbside pickup orders were a skippy mess. The orders online went smoothly. The curbside pickup was 2 sets of 30-plus minute waits, and the new app update was not working properly. As usual, I checked in while on my way, and again after I arrived. The phone # listed in each parking space was not working, and calls to the main store just keep ringing. Finally, got out of my car to inquire with a passing associate how much longer the wait would be and/ or to just cancel my order. One associate said there was no check-in for me, and another associate who overheard the conversation asked my name and told me that he had my order to be brought to my car. Wal Mart needs to make sure there are enough associates available to handle the curbside pickup area, especially during peak pickup times.
Took a trip to Walmart for a few groceries, pet supplies and household items. We interacted with three employees.
One young lady, who was working in housewares, we asked where to find something and she not only looked it up on the phone, she stopped what she was doing and walked us there.
Second woman was the check out/register representative- she was very quiet at first, but opened up and was friendly before we finished checking out.
Lastly, the receipt checker was a older man and he acted efficiently.
The store had a lot of food choices for our pets.
Also, if you’re looking for gluten free choices (I’m not personally) they have several things.
The canned food items are plentiful and there is a huge selection of international foods.
The household items selection was a little disorganized, but we were there at night, so it was probably busy during the day.
They had several registers open to check us out, so the wait was minimal. They also offered multiple self check out.
The lottery machine wasn’t working properly on this particular night. Also, the announcements were difficult to hear, no matter whether it was a woman or a man announcer, so they may just be having issues with it.
They offer gluten free choices for those who need it.
I don’t know what they can do about it, but there were a lot of cars parked in the fire lane directly in front of the store, waiting for shoppers, etc… it was a little dangerous trying to walk and drive around all of them.
All and all a positive experience. This location closes at 11:00 pm on Friday nights.
Buford location, near Mall of Georgia
So this would be my first time visiting this store in the Buford Georgia area near the Mall of Georgia, I must say with the recent remodel that they have went through it looks so much a brighter and dare I say new like it's a brand new store. Before the store looked very outdated, but overall the associates are very kind and nice also very helpful as well. I'm mostly amazed with the electronics department, I like how they made more room for the television on the back wall and is much more spacious than before. Also the front end of the store added more self-checkout registers I guess the kind of speed up the process of checking out customers which is good and bad but we won't get into all of that. So check them out if you're in the Buford Georgia area.
Nice location conveniently close to the highways and the mall. I like the American flag on the outside of the building. I’ve never noticed that before. I was helped by a Black male manager to locate the frozen fruit. They are making some changes to the product signs and I couldn’t find it. He advised it was in the immediate process of being handled. Pretty clean without tons of stock items in the middle of the aisles. The lines were long, but thankfully they moved quickly. The restroom was clean as well, which is good for a busy store like Walmart. Two Redbox machines, three pre packaged ice containers, an Armor drink refrigerator, Sun trust bank, and much more. I was even greeted by the Caucasian male while exiting the self checkout area.
Had a very positive shopping experience here. Store was clean, neat and organized. Well stocked. The men's room was clean too -- not always a given. Checkout might have been the fastest I've ever had at a Walmart. Lots of lanes open.
