Went to pick up my order yesterday afternoon and my whole order has been made a mess. I had cracked eggs and I ordered two dozen, I had a hot sauce bottle already opened with the seal off and looked as thorough they used some of it before putting it in my bag, and to add they didn't even give me my bread I ordered even though I agreed to a substitute of their fresh market bread. Talk about lazy, rude, and incompetent people in the online pick-up 😡

You get to see all the dregs of society and freaks on full display here. Morbidly obese people that haven't showered in weeks wearing tatters for clothes. Wear a mask not only to not catch something, but to cover the BO everyone has. People will stop IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAMN AISLE AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GET AN ATTITUDE WITH YOU FOR ASKING THEM TO NOT BLOCK THE DAMN AISLE. "Get more Spend less" doesn't work when the city's local tax is so damn high. Low quality meat shipped in from 3 states over. The hamburger log WILL have bone chunks in it. The steaks will be chewy and full of gristle. Chicken is so pumped full of water that you have to burn the outside to charcoal to make sure there is no pink in the middle. Go to Aldi's for food. It's better, but not by much.

It is a Walmart. That I can rely on the business to be local to me and open most lf the time os helpful for grocery and house shopping. But the Lawn and Garden section was pretty picked over when I browsed it for gardening supplies. And it is actually sometimes difficult to figure out what item prices are based on the shelving. I actually noticed several items shelved behind the wrong price tag, and reshelved them myself on impulse. A handy side note about lawn and garden was that despite being severaly lacking in starter plants for herbs of any variety, the tomato plants were clearly producing fruit.

I drove over from Springfield area to this store (40 miles) and was surprised how busy it was and how many staff they had working - and being available. Anyway, to make a long story short, I was told by the electronics person that what I drove over for was OOS. Bummer as the inventory said six on hand, so I left, but had second thoughts. Called the store and talked to Samantha who checked and her inventory said six too. Suspicious as some employees will say OOS just to buy it themselves, so I came back and was assisted by Shirley and another lady. They got Deanna, a manager level person who said she would personally look into it right away and off she went to Electronics! As I hung around the service desk, I also had them check on a TV that inventory said two were available. Ten minutes go by. Another 10 or so before Deanna returned with the bad news - inventory was wrong. Double Bummer. However, I have to sing praises of a the aforementioned, especially Deanna who went that extra mile to assist. Thank you ALL!!! DECEMBER 28, 2021 UPDATE Well, it's a different story for Automotive today... I called about a car stereo to make sure they had it in stock and the one associate held onto it for my arrival an hour later. Found that man but he got busy and sent this other associate over who was wearing a support boot on one foot. I wanted to verify the price as it was suppose to be cheaper. He finally came over but without a store scanner. I asked him to verify the price and he looked at the shelf tag and the radio and stated they were the same, $134. I respectfully asked four more times to scan the box before he abruptly slammed the doors shut on the locked radios and then stomped off to the counter after basically telling me no. When he scanned it, he announced a price well in excess and around $176 - remember, he stated he checked and verified the boxes UPC to the shelf tag and that it was $134. That's when the first associate intervened and said he had my radio and it was indeed $134. The second associate was rude and wrong, but never admitted so. Walmart has eliminated ALL price scanners in their stores AND "upgraded" their APP to where it only gets the items price and availability correct half the time - this radio, according to the APP, was supposedly not even in stock here . IMHO opinion, and of most everyone I have talked to about the Walmart APP, HATES IT AS ITS WRONG AND DOES NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME. I have put myself on record that they need to fire the primary IT staff responsible for this current iteration of the APP and find people who know what they are doing. It is a terrible reflection of this corporation. Terrible.
The workers and management are very hateful and when you ask them something they just turn around snd walk away.

Understaffed in deli. Foods are not stocked nicely. Can't depend on enough affordable meats.
I had a good experience. Walmart Supercenter is well organized.
