I had a great experience! I did a themed cake and cupcakes. Online ordering was super simple. There were so many themes to choose from! I called the day prior to picking up to confirm the order and the lady was so nice and friendly. When I picked up the cake and cupcakes that lady was also so nice and even offered some cupcakes toppers that matched the cake theme. It was very thoughtful. The cakes itself tasted great and the decorating was very well done. I will be coming back for future cakes!

Rude customer service especially the old fat white woman with the red face. Don’t come here if you’re looking to get a custom cake. Lazy and pull excuses out of their aaa not to fulfill an order.
