The worst experience I have ever had. The waitress was horrible. The cook burnt ever piece of food brought to table. We had 2 booths and us girls decided to leave bc of the service and food. The guys were gonna stay but the cook got so mouthy and disrespectful then he told them to leave and called the law. Ofcourse they stayed to make sure the cook didn't say we dined and dashed. The night cook is EXTREMELY rude. Yelling at coworkers. Didnt want to cook the order but had to because i ordered online and was already there to pick up and refused to cook my mother's food. 2152 Store location of Waffle House, got sat right away. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Great music taste, great attitude along with the amazing humor! Don’t even get me started on the chief (Jon) his food was absolutely to die for. Even his attitude was just as amazing as the food! Our server (chad) made the whole thing such a close deal for us! Giving us recommendations and leaving us full of life! Definitely will be coming back! Definitely praise worthy both in compliments and money lol. Amazing job Jon and Chad! Send anyone you dislike or don't want to have any happiness to see Luigi.. yep that's right the lesser of the 2 Mario Brothers is the waiter to send all of your enemies to. Can you imagine how bad he is to have someone write a bad review about a waffle house?

My parents and I decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. We entered the and no one acknowledged <s. We sat for 10.min before a waitress came over. The place was not busy at all. We gave our order for drinks. When I drank my glass of water I noticed black particles at the bottom of the cup. I waited for the waitress to come over. She never did. My family and I decided to leave. I have never experienced anything like this at any Waffle House I decided to dine. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tried twice to have early morning breakfast, and twice had bad service. Had to ask for waffle syrup. Gave another try and waitress left bacon off my order , grits were lumpy. Back to the other location for me. Recently tried eating here again, the purple hair server is terrible, no coffee refills, no syrup, and found a hair under my grits. I filed a complaint and did not tip. Truly, good help is hard to find. Two other customers in at this time of so no excuses. I placed my order online. All i got was 2 waffles hash browns and a bowl of grits and it took one and half hours to get my order. Im so irrate over the complete and utter lack of communication between the cooks and servers. It should have not taken this long for that of a small order. This is not meant to be against any employees, but we have been refused at 7PM because "the cook is not cooking anymore." As far as I know waffle house is 24 hours, that's not really acceptable. The staff that was there was friendly, something must have happened.

This Waffle house is amazing the servers are the best they get us what ever we need. I go here every Saturday with my little brother and grandmother and they always get our stuff exactly the way we want it. The waffles are amazing just today I went and they changed out the plating to make the waffles and made them a perfect Fluff it was amazing. They are a 10 out of 10.
