There’s a new manager here who has been wonderful!!! The store is looking a lot cleaner and service is improving a lot as well. The food of course is amazing! I love their biscuits and gravy! We had a to go order. My husband went into this location and ordered. We knew it would be a little bit, but we did not expect sitting for over 30+ min and our order not even being called. There was one of two waitresses that asked about the to go order (wasn't even the one who took our order). No one responded/answered her. We left. This is not the first time we have had to wait 30+min for even just waffles, let alone anything else. This was our last straw with this location, unfortunately. We will not be back. To note, there were 2 waitresses and 1 Cook about 700 PM on a Saturday even. We did end up going to the next location just south an exit and didn't wait 3 min before our order was placed, called, started cooking, and paid for. In and out the door in 10 min.
