If I could give this place no stars I would. The cook and server were disgusting prepping food the cook was texting on cell phone the grill was on fire he burned up my food request light bacon and mushrooms for my steak sandwich when I received the food from server she was lost and confused I opened the plate and my food was burned up I asked for her to give me fresh toast never received to make my own Sandwich and she got rude and nasty. Her name is Des she also argued with me and told me no refund would be given I would have talk to management she would not give me a corporate number either. Had a breakfast meal. I ordered hot chocolate but it seems Waffle House doesn’t serve hot chocolate. It was a bout a 10’minute wait for my order and they still messed up the order. Waiter was friendly and service was ok. I wouldn’t recommend this spot due to the menu. Service Dine in

When I walked in the restaurant, it smelled clean like someone cares! I had a perfectly cooked meal this morning! The staff is friendly and we were all singing to the music on the jukebox. I actually love this Waffle House it’s the new faces that they have that’s not welcoming. I sat down and waited to be greeted . I even gave them the benefit of the doubt just to see how long it would’ve taken for an acknowledgement.. No greeting .. everybody is loud talking about rappers and who music they like blazay blah ok that’s cool whatever gets the time to pass by is fine with me . The problem came in when they all looked at me and still proceeded to have their convo . It took me to have to stand up for them to say “oh is this your Togo order” ? I said no I need to place one. Well I placed the order and sat back down. Instead of “Ma’am your order is ready “. I got “This yo bag sittin right here “ . Like what is that to say to a paying customer and then yall want tips? Why would I tip you after that . Like I said I love this Waffle House it’s the new people that’s not welcoming. Makes me not want to come back at all . Walked in everyone saw me, including the manager. No "Welcome to Waffle house." Sat down for 10 minutes nobody ever acknowledged or waited on me. The whole staff worked together to make the experience a good one. You could tell they were enjoying their job. Marty, Dorthy, and Moe were my servers and kept everything perfect. Also, the cook and relief manager Ms Cook came to check on everything when we were finishing up. I had been to this Waffle House several times before and this was my best experience by far.
