Today we had breakfast at the good ole Waffle House an southern staple. Today I had the all star breakfast with grits 3 eggs scrambled with cheese pecan waffle I sub the sausage for a hamburger patty ( no pork over here ) a the wheat toast. You can definitely tell the A team was on morning shift my order came to me within 7 minutes hot and fresh everything I ordered was cooked to perfection my only complaint was the restroom was not up to par and their was no hand soap other than that if your in the area you should give this place a try Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Scrambled Eggs

Atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Cook was very foul mouthed and used F word as well as other profanity often and loudly. Waitress disappeared for periods of time and was nowhere to be seen. Food was o.k. but my wife and I both ordered wheat toast and were brought white bread. ... wife also ordered milk and they came back and said their milk was spoiled. Not a pleasant experience. First y'all have it so you can not call in to go orders ..bad idea!! We ordered a Texas bacon melt hashbrowns with jalapenos and a Patty melt and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns that we had added jalapenos on did NOT HAVE jalapenos and excuses me if I'm wrong but aren't Patty melts a burger with GRILLED ONIONS cheese on Texas toast. The Patty melt did not have any grilled onions or onions at all and we even checked the add onions box whole ordering. I asked for ketchup in the bag and was told they were out so I asked for a container with a little in it and they "found" the packages of ketchup. I'm wondering were y'all out of onions and jalapenos if so why not take the jalapenos at least of the bill. I'm sure y'all have or will loose a lot on people who will not order on line again. Customer service was fine. Only complaint about my food was my grits were lukewarm, some parts refrigerator cold with huge lumps in them. I've never had cold grits. The rest of the food was delicious. Oh we ordered sausage and bacon, but it arrived after we finished a great portion of our meal. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Wish I had taken photos to show, probably the best Waffle House in the country it was very clean the server was terrific and the food was perfect on Wayne Memorial Dr in Goldsboro NC and NO I'm not related to anyone that works there ! Great service from beginning to start. Haven’t ate the food yet but I know it’ll be amazing! Couldn’t get the lady name in the front that welcomed me but she deserves a raise Waffle House! Had the greatest customer service and the respectfulness was outstanding! She even put my eggs in a cup because I told her I’ll eat it from the other persons plate ( my bfs ) lol . Loved! For me there is only one Waffle House in Goldsboro and that is the one on Wayne Memorial Drive. I will not get into details about why the one on Berkeley shouldn't be called Waffle House because if you visited both establishments, it would be painfully obvious. Staff is top notch, you're greeted immediately upon entering and best of all the cook listens to what you want! When I say I want extra crispy bacon, I wanted to shatter in my mouth and this place does it. Can't recommend this place enough, keep up the great work and thank you.
