To start with reset 15 to 20 minutes before anyone ever acknowledge that we were able and then the waitress named Glo comes to our table takes our full order including our drinks then she goes on about her way of talking to the other employees having her ear phone in her ears because she was carrying on a conversation on her phone and I had to go ask to get our coffee. The food was as expected it is a waffle House and everything was cooked away same way so it the food was the food was good it was waffle house. However they had closed off all of the seats at the bar because they had the dirty dishes all piled up on the bar. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was about a 3.5. Grits were dry and lumpy. Eggs and bacon were good. Waffle was good and warm, which can be an issue at waffle house. When we walked in, servers were standing around talking with several dirty tables. Took a few for one of them to clean a table so we could sit. Service wasn't great. Mainly wanted to get food to the table and not come back for refills and such. Food, not bad. Service, not great. Very bad service, I had to wait 20 minutes for the waitress to offer me something to drink. After another 40 minutes for the cook to feel like cooking. It is an abuse, and there are no trained people. I got up and left, wasted my time, arrived hungry, and left with a headache. Service: 1

I'm local...and it was probably the worst experience ever ..yes its late when I came in...however my husband and I was working all day....I paid 36.00 for a charcoal Philly and a "double" burger to only have 1 patty and a double order of hash browns to literally be so small it looked like a single ....I'm truly shocked one waitress looked like she was fixing to pass out and the other was fed up! Plus it's colder than a jail house in it bc the heat was messed up and you had some guy passed out in a corner booth....idk...maybe I ordered too late?!🤔 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

We stood at the register for a few minutes before they even acknowledged us, but they were pleasant when they did. We took our food to the park when we realized that they only gave us 1 butter and 1 packet of salt for 2 large breakfast platters with grits. Luckily, I had bought salt for the trip, just in case, just had to run back to the car for it. Food was good as usual. We went in and sat down, waitress came over with menu's promptly. She came back with our drinks and took our orders. She was the only waitress there and for a while I thought she was also the cook since he was nowhere to be seen. Waitress took a few orders and still no cook. Finally he showed up and started cooking. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese grit bowl. The grits were so thick I couldn't eat them, the bacon was burnt, and those eggs were the ugliest mess I had ever seen. The waffle was good at least so I didn't starve. The waitress Casey L was extremely unprofessional. When we sat down she didn’t speak to us whatsoever, walked away and went and talked to the 2 men behind us. When she came back she just stopped and stared at us until finally we spoke up and went ahead and told her what we wanted. When we got our food she was waving it in front of our faces, still… has not said a word to us.. AT ALL. She forgot the extra pickles so my sister asked for extra pickles and she stared at her and rolled her eyes, when she brought the pickles she pushed them into her face. Wonderful people wonderful place to stop by and refuel yourself. Waffle house does not need any recommendations but the service matters a lot. The people were so friendly that we visited them at a odd time yet they served us with a smile. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
