Wow, that was the best I've had from Waffle House in a long time, maybe ever. The food was absolutely perfect, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was very inviting. The service was terrible and we had to wait almost an hour to place a to-go order. Everything else in the area was closed which is why we waited. After we received the wrong order we went back and got a replacement. Not only was the replacement wrong but the serving size was a quarter of the normal size. It felt as if they were angry with us and retaliating for returning to get our order corrected. It's also impossible to call and speak with anyone let alone a manager. This store also charges a 20% service fee for to-go orders yet the server only receives 10% of it. Every time we go there I tip 10$ on a 25$ to go order not including their service fee. It sucked how we were treated. We asked for a hashbrown steak bowl with scrambled eggs added yet they gave us a sandwich of some sort. It wasn't even close to our original order otherwise we would have just kept our mouths shut. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
