First of all, the food was ok. Secondly, we sat down waiting on our server. After 7mins of sitting, this Caucasian girl with red hair came straight from outside to our table. She smelled like a pack of cigarettes, on top of she didn't even say her name just came to our table used her fingers to grab our utensils. After the food comes, she never checked on us or anything. Please After your employees comes from outside for whatever, please make them wash their hands. That is so unsanitary!

I love Waffle House! First off, they are always fully staffed, which is great! The servers are very attentive and our food order is always correct. I come here quite frequently and have never had a bad experience. The only complaint I have is that it is always so cold. Bring a jacket and your appetite and you are sure to have a great experience!

This was a take out order, but the food was still hot & great to the taste. While I waited, I had 2 cups of coffee and this was just what the doctor ordered.

Waffle House in laplace by New Era....where I'm would normally go...but this morning was ???
It was busy...but this is what got my attention:there was 7 ladies and one guys in the kitchen.....
Every women on the line had long hair (fake or real)ain't nobody had on and hair net or they hair up in a bun...they was back there waving hair like a Horses wave they tail.....
No área was clean for people to sitting down..one of the co worke had when to star bucks so Everybody was slipping on whatever they order....not around customer food and you cooking really....and whoever child was there was back there on the line too like wow!!!and yes the manager was in there and was no better......this tell me they make they own rules..
Had people waiting look like forever for they order...

There were 3 workers. All were delightful, except for Mr Daniel. This was by far my worst experience at any location, nation wide. He made unpleasant remarks after every order and slammed utensils. I am one that ignores a bad day, because we all have them but it’s not his 1st. Not only did it disturb me, but also his coworkers because she asked. As a new resident, I would rather drive to other locations, than to have any more encounters with someone negatively preparing my meal. Please correct the issue.
I went twice. The first time was at noon on a Friday. The waitress was AMAZING, very attentive, and sweet. The restaurant was clean and the crew got along. The second time was a Saturday evening, our waitress Lora was the total opposite. My husband had to get up 3 times for utensils, boxes to go, and the ticket. We never got refills, she never checked if we needed anything (the tea was extremely sweeet). I turned around and she was chit-chatting with a customer. The tables were dirty, ours was sticky, had to ask for something to clean it with, the crew didn't seem to get along at all.
