Everything was delicious and beautiful . The staff was so kind and attentive. The space has great energy. I can’t wait to come back and try more things off the menu . Try the pork belly plate, the infladita, the flautas and the chocolate tart. Also the mock tails were incredible! Unique and packed with flavor and fun. This restaurant is very nice. The location is really good and reminds me of a moroccan riad. The outside looks unassuming but once you step inside you enter a little oasis filled with swimming pools, hammocks and comfy hanging beds and green plants and soothing music. But the food and drinks is also really good. There are some chickens in one corner of the property and a bee hive which are used throughout the meals. We've enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. The food was very good I tried the cochinita pibil tacos and was delicious. I also recommend the infladitas it's a blue corn tortilla filled a pork like stew, beans and some vegetables over guacamole. Consistently delicious. Every morning we had breakfast (included in our stay at the hotel) it was amazing. I usually don’t eat breakfast too early or have that big of a breakfast, but here I ate it all and was so happy. I couldn’t miss out on any of it. Did dinner here one night too, and it far surpasses the places on the water. Waah doesn’t have a view of the water, but if you care about having great food, that’s homemade from scratch (they have chickens on the property they get eggs from for the restaurant even), then come here! Can’t recommend this place enough. Great value for the price too.

This place was an absolute experience!! From the friendly staff, amazing food and incredible eco friendly concept. I ordered the cochinita pibil taco, chilaquiles and a fruit bowl with yogurt and it just tasted like perfection. Our waitress was SUPER friendly and attentive. After we ate she showed us around and gave us a tour of the hotel. Almost everything they cook is from their patio, even their eggs. You can see the chickens hanging around jaja the pool is natural and the water is filtered by plants…. There is so much to say about this place that I just can’t write it all!
