The wait staff are slow and terrible at providing service. I had a short layover in MSP and wanted a drink at my gate. When finally approached after being seated for roughly ten+ minutes my flight started boarding and was asked to leave.👎🏼 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food took forever to come out and they forgot the balsamic onions. So it was a bland burger. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Horrible service. Have to order online only. Took 45 minutes for someone to come and take cash after I had to ask. Waitress never ask if we needed anything. Was almost late for my flight waiting on the food. Took 90 minutes to get the food from the time I walked in. Almost 5 dollars for a cup of coffee and never was able to get it refilled. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This place was the closest to my gate so I had no other pick. iPads in every seat. Food was fine but felt a bit bland/not made when I ordered it. Despite this the portions are well sized. The problems with places with iPads are: 1. They get in your face so you can't see/talk to the person across. 2. Servers only job is to bring food from the kitchen; attention was bad, food got to me before water. 3. Bad communication. Hopefully other places will stop taking up this service model. Okay overall, but recommend looking at other options as well.

A bit off the main set of gates as it’s towards the end of the G gates it was nice and quiet on a Monday morning. The sausage breakfast sandwich (SEC) looked exactly like the photo! However the cheese was pre-packaged plastic American vs something more quality like actual cheddar or provolone. The fruit was acidic indicating it had been pre-sliced and had the pineapple stewing with the other fruits. I had 1 grape and left the rest. The severs were nice however seems disgruntled that everyone had or use the QR codes to order instead of the old fashioned person based ordering system. I personally like QR based orders as it makes everything nice and easy with minimal chatter. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Really wanted to like this place. THE GOOD: It was relatively quiet, comfortable, clean, and pleasant in the booth I sat at against the wall. Really appreciated the plug-ins at the table to recharge devices. Nice move. Servers are cordial. THE UN-GOOD: Unfortunately the food was rather bland, and their ordering system requires you to pay the tip before you get your food or service. Hate to say it, but…I detest that. Servers did not initiate much contact, so be ready to wave them down or go chat with them. Received the food and then was left alone for the entirety of my 1-1/2 hr stay. No drink refills. Will likely look for another option next time through. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
Airport bar, expensive of course, but food was good. I had fried cheese ravioli. Bartender was great! Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
It was fine. The idea of giving a tip to a server BEFORE ordering anything isn't our deal. I've worked in the industry in many areas and this is a weird set up. The servers don't do anything. They are food runners. But they get to decide HOW they will help you better based on tips BEFORE their service begins. We ordered our own food and paid the bill off of an ipad. They stood around and chatted, played on their phones, and were not professional at all. None of the dishes listed on this review are even offered. Website needs updating. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
Decent airport food. We enjoyed our food and the restaurant had plenty of room. That being said for the price (and considerable tip we opted to add during the self ordering process) I would have liked a little more table service. The bar area had plenty of tvs to enjoy a game while we waited. There is a kids menu but it is limited to a couple items. I did not see any high chairs so we used our stroller for the Littlest member of the family. We had to walk up to a group of 4ish servers sitting to ask for waters after no one came to check on us after about 10 minutes and we were one of two tables being occupied. They were very pleasant and responsive to requests it was just a bit odd for this former server! You can tell the restaurant is designed to be a bit of a hybrid between fast food and a restaurant but given the lack of occupants I was a tad disappointed. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
If I'm paying $19.00 for an Old Fashioned, it damn well better have a solid rounder or cube and NOT ice like this. Not even a muddled cherry.
