This small Vista Bakeshop had delicious homemade pastries and coffee. I ordered the chocolate croissant and it was flaky and delicious. My mother in law got the lemon crinkle cookie that was bright and refreshing. I was bummed I couldn’t try the cinnamon roll, make sure to arrive early for the best selection. There’s a great lounge area, I highly recommend stopping in!

A super legit bakery in the heart of Seabrook. I visited midweek in the fall, so there was no line. Tons of fun, creative pastry options, plus a menu of hot breakfast and lunch items. We got bacon breakfast sandwiches, coffees, a cinnamon roll, croissant and a cookie - all delicious and fresh!

Cinnamon Roll
I went here Saturday and Sunday mornings while staying in Seabrook. (I wanted to try the coffee at the market on one of the mornings, just to try both, but the market was not open yet, even though it should have been (according to the hours listed), and I got impatient 😂)
They had it set up such that you ordered at one window and picked up at another window, with the option to sit inside after you picked up your order. On Saturday morning, this was fine and even fun to stand outside and talk with other people (the people-to-dog ratio was roughly 2:1, with a goldendoodle-to-other breeds ratio of 5:1). On Sunday morning, however, it was raining, so it was less ideal. Still, there was a line, and many people were ordering pastries to go, so I recommend getting there early if you want to get multiple pastries because it seems like they sell out quickly.
I really liked the coffee, but my husband was less impressed. I also ordered a nonfat mocha, but they did not have nonfat milk. So, I can't accurately rate the mocha because it was too much milk fat for my taste.
The inside was really clean and spacious and nice for sitting and enjoying the morning. They also had a couple tables outside.
I had to try the cruffin because everybody talked about it, and unlike pretty much anything that everybody says is amazing, it actually lived up to the hype. After getting on here and reading that someone else got a s'mores cruffin, I will go back next time I'm in the area to see if they have any other special varieties. When I was there, they only had the sugar-coated kind, but it was sooooo good. Later in the day, I got an order of pickles to try, and I also recommend them. They were sweet and salty with a bit of a kick.
Definitely go here if you are in town!
Alright, so we literally wake up before 7am to get in line and around 640 there were people in the line too, so make sure to go there first thing in the morning. Everything look nice and delicious, we got a cinnamon roll and a ham n cheese croissant. Really good! And don’t forget to buy the cream cheese frosting for the cinnamon roll for a 1 dollar
Ever had a cruffin? Nope, me either, until I visited this cute little bakery as a weekender to Ocean Shores. My nine year old and I zipped up the coastline about ten minutes north of where we were staying, and I have to say it was worth it. The staff is friendly, it's easy to order and park, and the dining room is clean and cute. Best of all, the pastries were amazing. Both the ham and cheese sandwich and the cruffins were so tasty! 10/10 will be back for another tomorrow before we head home.
The famous made-from-scratch cruffin is scrumptious! Cinnamon and sugar with flaky croissant layers — You must try it! Plus, Vista offers occasional seasonal fillings (like London Fog, S’mores or Lavender) to keep things interesting.
After their expansion, they now have a larger space, indoor seating, walk-up bakery order counter and brand new lunch menu. Try the Chicken Pesto Sandwich or BLT! Tip: For best pastry selection, get there early. #shopsmall
I sampled almost everything at Vista and you cannot choose wrong. Each pastry, sandwhich, coffee, tea was perfectly exquisite in every detail. The croissant, and cruffin crunch is absolutely satisfying. The cookies are buttery perfection. The sandwhiches are mouthwatering. My favorite is the almost bagel sandwich and I had it twice. I will still dream of it when I go home. I haven't left yet and already can't wait to come back!
This bakery would be exceptional in any location. To have a bakery of this caliber in a beautiful beach town like Seabrook? Incredible! The croissants are great! The baguette are great! Everything is great!

Sugared Cruffin
We are staying at the cottage right next to this coffee/bakeshop and our assigned parking spot keeps being taken by one of the female employee. We had to park at another cottage spot and walk all of our things a little distance from the cottage. Every time we left ,the employee would move her car there. Rude customer service. A bit surprised by all these good reviews.. Everything in this Seabrook town has been great except Vista bakeshop. To respond to the owner, your female employee had gotten into a argument with a customer this past Friday then took her frustration out on my wife. They also on Thursday gave us 2 coffees instead of 3 and visibly showed us their disgust with us when this was pointed out. The sign that you have next to the cottage about parking was moved by your staff so it sits kinda in the middle of bakery parking and cottage parking when it should just be sitting on your bakery spot alone. That's a bit shady. Would not say that the staff is smiley and welcoming. We decided to just drive 25 minutes away to get coffee. It cost nothing to be nice.
This is a amazing bakery in this community! Get there early for the best selection! Everything here is delicious! You can also get drip coffee & espresso here. Employees are absolutely amazing while dealing with the public during these truly crazy times while in a pandemic! Hang in there Vista Bakery staff! Stay Strong! We Got This!
