We contracted Virg-Ann’s for our wedding flowers in July! We would highly recommend them for all your wedding needs! We expressed our budget and sent images and they were able to create our vision within our budget. They were easy to communicate with, very professional, and they were able to create the perfect bouquets for our big day!

Disappointed in the "Waterfall of Color" arrangement I ordered through their website for my mother-in-law. We are out of state so I wanted her to know we are always thinking of her even if we can't visit on Mother's Day. It was delivered on time, but should have been called "Waterfall of White" because there was a severe lack of colorful blooms and lots of green filler. I was going for a more grand & elaborate look, but this failed to deliver. UPDATE: Virg-Ann was quick to respond and provided excellent customer service to correct the issue. I appreciate their quick response on a very busy weekend. They clearly care about their customers.

I received flowers for my birthday. The shop called me to see if I was home so they could deliver. They were there right away and were very pleasant. The flowers were arranged beautifully and there was a card attached with a box of chocolates. The delivery person wished me a happy birthday. The flowers are so beautiful!

I’m in Florida and my mother lives in Russell, PA. After a disappointing experience in trying to order my mother flowers from a “leading online” retailer, I called Virg-Ann’s today, my mothers birthday, and asked if they could possibly squeeze me in for a delivery today. I was greeted pleasantly, told that they could absolutely help, and told them what my budget was. They delivered an absolutely beautiful bouquet of mixed spring flowers and my mother was delighted! Thank you for making my mother’s heart happy today and thank for the wonderful service! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and wonderful products!!! My sister and I ordered 2 hanging baskets last minute for Mother’s Day, and both baskets arrived on time and were magnificently full and beautiful. The colors were absolutely perfect for their recipients. Can’t recommend VirgAnns enough!

I was pretty disappointed that my mom didn't get her flowers for mother's day. I ordered online a week ahead of time. I was surprised that I never got a thank you from my mom. So I had to ruin the surprise and ask if they were delivered. The shop wasn't open on Sunday, so I had to wait to call on Monday. Turns out my order was lost. The shop did rush out an order for my mom after they realized the error. My mom was happy which is all that matters. However, I was pretty disappointed with how the arrangement was thrown together. I used to coordinate with this shop when I was an apprentice at high country flowers and gifts. So I wanted to support a local spot. I'm a little hesitant to use them again with my experience. I was so excited to use the online option with my work schedule due to Covid-19, it's difficult for me to call. So the website was fairly easy to use. But losing my order, doesn't settle very well with me.

A must stop every Christmas season. Dan Smith's mints...on many of my Christmas lists! I have never left without a couple...or more...great gifts. The copper ornaments are amazing!

I bought a bouquet for my Mother. The woman on the phone was very nice and attentive taking my order. I told her what my mother would like, and that my budget was $70. Everything was great when I got off the phone, so I thought. When the flowers were delivered, I was very disappointed in the amount of green "fillers" that were used. Although my mother loved it, (she would never say otherwise anyways) I have worked in a florist shop, and know that we were taken advantage of. To top it off, my credit card was charged OVER the amount I had specifically given her for a budget. (I am assuming this was for taxes, but nothing was mentioned to me over the phone) I had used this shop once 4 years ago, and had a wonderful experience. I believe their quality has gone down significantly. I will not do business with this florist again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Typical underwhelming Warren experience. I was pleasantly surprised they had a functioning website with up to date photos. The message I typed was written exactly on the card. Unfortunately, the special instructions I typed, "deliver between 9 and noon" were completely ignored. They called at 1:48 PM to see if someone would be home. I asked if they could deliver closer to 4 PM since they didn't deliver when I asked them to. They said no, their driver had already been out that way once that morning (then why the heck didn't they deliver when I asked, right?!) and they delivered anyway at 2:30 PM. My surprise gift to my wife, staying home with our young child, was quite the surprise when it arrived during a precious nap. The flowers were nice and everything was just as they described, but the "special instructions" were completely ignored. If you'd like to support another company in Warren that makes you wish you just did it yourself, or your personal motto is "close enough", Virg-Ann's isn't so bad.
