I would give the restaurant 5 stars if not for the deceptive description of the "homemade desserts". They were clearly from frozen and I recognized the sorbet from a bulk club. Unfortunately for the price and experience I probably wouldn't try this place again. If you're looking for authenticate Italian dishes I wouldn't go here. We had the Pepperoni Pizza, Quatro Formaggi and the Spaghetti Bolognese. While ordering pizza is not the best judge of food at an Italian restaurant, I wasn't impressed with the Pasta options. The pizza was very oily and salty. The spaghetti actually wasn't half bad. I would recommend that over the pizza. It’s surprisingly good. Who would have thought? Indoor and outdoor seating. Large bar inside in the middle of the seating. Service is usually friendly and fast. The Chicken Farcito with spinach stuffed inside is delicious with lots of sauce! 4-cheese pizza is yummy! Yup, I said it! Caesar salad was simple and with limited dressing plus the grilled shrimp are tiny & dry. Pass on the grilled octopus 🐙! No thanks! Eggplant parmigiana was good with lots of sauce and cheese. If you’re at Sawgrass and need a no-thrills Italian restaurant that doesn’t disappoint then go here but if you want something spectacular then look elsewhere. Overpriced the items on the menu when the quality of the food is the lowest of the lowest. A side of pasta alone starts from $13 and just goes up. The whole staff is just looking around, and gossiping to one another. Don’t know how people keep coming and how this establishment has managed to stay open for so many years. Shame on the owners for not caring. Shrimp ravioli presentation was not appetizing and wasn’t worth $40 + Do not order the chicken picatta! Embarrassed to say that I was only able to get the photo of a couple different kinds of bread. We also had a variety of pasta such as puttanesca, bolognese, basic Penne with red sauce, while everyone got their own orders! I would say that it was the best meal of the trip that I was able to have this past weekend, January 12th to the 15th. Highly recommend and would give great. Thanks to the weight staff and management. The table that we sat at also just looked cool as well!
