My family and I had a wonderful time here last night. It was super busy (Friday night, obviously), but the hostess was very nice and helpful. She got us a great table, and would visit us occasionally to check on us. Our server was very pleasant as well, and delivered our entrees in a timely manner. The food was absolutely delicious; definitely recommend the osso bucco. It reminded me of our last family vacation to Italy. Thank you guys for a memorable experience; we will return again! Wonderful restaurant; my family and I had dinner there for the first time on Thursday evening. The food was absolutely delicious. They even have live music there as well; I especially enjoyed the guy and girl duet singing some of my favorite songs (great voices!) Authentic Italian cuisine. The ambience perfect, dinner by candlelight amazing… this place is a treasure! 1000% Yes!!! Just Go… The food was so amazing but more importantly the service Mariella was our waitress and she was so incredible her service is so above and beyond she was absolutely wonderful and made the dining experience so incredibly enjoyable we were there tonight to celebrate my 39th Birthday I had the Chicken Parmigiana was delicious and plentiful very large portion size so bring an appetite if you’re ordering that, my boyfriend had the Chicken Limone and his portion size was not as large but still adequate and delicious the Cesar Salad’s are really good definitely recommended trying them basically everything was great but the best part of all had to be the personality of the waitress she was just a beautiful person, as I stated earlier we were there for my Birthday well when we were done with dinner she came to offer dessert my boyfriend then stated well it is her Birthday but she doesn’t like people singing happy Birthday to her but he thought she didn’t hear him as she was still going over all the dessert options with me, I then chose cheese cake she asked would I like a topping I asked could they put cherries she said yes and she walked away she came back with it with a lit candle I felt nervous at first thinking oh no she didn’t hear him, but she came up and started singing happy birthday in the softest whisper voice that you couldn’t even hear beyond our table it was so incredibly sweet she totally understood and he softly in the same whisper voice sung along with her and we shared the cheese cake which was also amazing!!! 10/10 Again just go.. Great Italian spot in Lutz, who would of known. Had a nice dinner on a Tuesday night and they had a guy playing live music which was nice. Food was good, had good flavor. The only negative was the house salad, it was a little weak with iceberg lettuce, not much else to it. We enjoyed both of our main dishes, we will see you all again soon! Chose to spend our precious Friday Family Dinner time at Villaggio's. The food was OKAY, and so was the Atmosphere but the service was absolutely non existent. It took our food an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive, and we had to ask one of the cleaning staff for our check after we ate because our server never checked on us, not even once to see if we were happy, nor to ask if we wanted more drinks. When we finally saw our server, as he did bring the check we said "Wow.. you are a live!.." and his response was "If you want good service, don't come here on a Friday or Saturday. Tuesday/Wednesday nights we are GREAT.. but the weekend this is normal". Noted. Totally willing to remove this review with the right action from Management.
