Few weeks ago we ate at Vilda. And it was better than we expected. The food is from an excellent level. Would deserve Michelin star. Service was also excellent. Friendly but not intrusive. Two small things. Some light background music would improve the atmosphere. Chairs are comfortable with cushions. Overall one of the better experiences we have had in a whole. Difficult to find any fault, menu and wines were well balanced and delicious, staff were attentive but not intrusive, chefs were phenomenal and the ambiance and atmosphere was relaxed and warm. Recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Incredible food with a very warm welcome. Really nice to try authentic Swedish dishes with some excellent twists. The non-alcoholic pairing is well thought through and full of flavour that compliments the food. Phenomenal flavors and impeccable attention to detail. Everything is fresh and much of the fruit and vegetable is foraged from the owners own garden. We’ve been there twice and both times it was one of the best tasting menus we’ve ever experienced. Wine pairings are absolutely worth it.

Outstanding food and service from the first “snack” brought out to the last dessert. The owners attention to every detail in the design of the space was apparent as was the chef’s sourcing of ingredients and unique flavors put on the plate. I would recommend the wine pairing as each choice was highly complimentary to the course presented. This is a gem of a restaurant serving Michelin star level food. Highly recommended! This is Michelin star food. The flavour and texture combinations are outstanding. The wine pairing is excellent. The ingredients and the wines are diverse, offbeat and exceptional. I was blown away by some of the flavour combinations, they were just magical. This is a real gem that has yet to be discovered. It is an exceptional restaurant with real talent and lovely staff and attention to detail. It should be at the top of the list in Sweden, not just Gothenburg. Please patronage them so they can keep going with the art they are producing.
