My second visit in little over a year and i still enjoyed everything they had to offer. Yummy sandwiches, delicious coffees, (hot and cold), and i truly enjoyed there mini lemon tarts. Vanilla Bean is definitely off the beaten path..... nice environment to chill and catch up with friends. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Lovely food, ambience and service. Depending on the time of the day and the item ordered, the food may take a little bit longer than usual but it's worth the wait. Lovely ambience, friendly staff, efficient service, good food, great coffee. What's not to enjoy! On Monroe Road before Chaguanas so expect traffic but it's worth the visit. It's relaxing and they offer wonderful tea shop options. Reservations are not necessary but Saturdays can get búsy. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An elegant and comfortably-styled café. We were in the area running some errands and decided to pop in. We were greeted at the entrance and seated. We ordered a quick bite, which included: 1 Blueberry Danish 1 Chicken Puff 1 Butter Pecan Latté 1 English Toffee Latté The pastries were delicious. The lattes were satisfying, but the toffee and butter pecan flavors were not distinctive. The overall cost was $117.00. The customer service was good in terms of their efficiency. With regards to warmth and friendliness; those were lacking. I surmised that the staff members were possibly having a bad day as they didn't seem to smile at any of the guests while there. While the ambience is inviting, there is very limited eggless options available though they cater a variety of pastries, and brunch-style meals. It was my first time there and it was definitely not the best experience as they were short on several basic, but key ingredients that is featured in their meals, such as whipped cream, mushrooms etc. In all, I had much higher expectations. As usual Vanilla Bean food and ambiance. never disappoints. Its even nicer now as they have the Christmas decorations are up festive season. Breakfast potatoes were incredibly boring with no taste and my friends sausages looked very orange, almost like carrots. The customer service was nice though, was serviced by a middle age lady. Disliked how we were informed to park across the road on the grass as they said they preferred those that dine in to park there and those that come for take away to park in front the store, which I didn't understand.
