If you've only had cheap takeout Chinese food, come here for some real good Chinese Food. It's like stepping up from McDonald's to a real burger restaurant. The food was really good, timely made but not suspiciously fast. The price is inline with regular restaurants, not cheap but not expensive either. The dining area and bathroom were clean. The service was excellent! They were nice, kept my drink filled, bought out a box and the check when I was done, and even offered to give me more rice to go with my leftovers! Wish I could tell you how the food tasted. Ordered over $100 worth of food from here and when the driver showed up? There was 1 order in the bag. Not what we ordered at all! Called the driver to verify that she didn't give us the wrong order, and that was the only order she had. Called the restaurant and they said they'll remake it and we can come pick up. After spending about $30 on delivery. I told her it was unacceptable and she told me to just call the grub hub driver to go back and delivery it for free. Absolutely NOT! She did say that they gave her the wrong bag though. They were not willing to help the situation at all. They also tried to change our order price and charge us after extra because the menu price was wrong. 1) the menu price was $9.95 on THEIR menu, while we paid $14.25 on grub hub (plus their delivery fees, service fees, and "other" fees. I found that unacceptable as I do not control what the prices are and what they're not. We eat Chinese food often and these people are OFF our list. Some absolute bull to try and change the price and then say we can go pick up. So many things wrong with this! Admit to giving the wrong order, charging an extra charge for their mess up and then not even taking responsibility for their mess up. IF YOU WANT GOOD CHINESE, GO TO THE UNITED CHINESE IN THORNTON! I have found this restaurant behind my house. Took family there twice and food was good. I have ordered delivery for the third time and charged me way over. Each plate cost $8.25 per menu, I have ordered three plate. The restaurant charged me $52.00 and gave $8 for the delivery diver, so total cost $60 for the supposed to be around $25🤔 Be aware!!!
While I ordered at a time they were busy so I had a bit of a wait for a delivery, the estimated arrival time was nearly exact to the drivers arrival! I appreciated this very much. The driver was also very kind and enthusiastic which was awesome. The online portal to order is easy to use as well. Prices are average. The food is okay - about what you would expect! Gluten free Chinese food is just about non existent, so I was so surprised when I found out this was an option at this restaurant. It was so good too! Best of all, I didn't have a reaction, so it was carefully made. Thank you so much for this treat, it's been years. We have been ordering from United Chinese for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is so friendly and always gets our orders correct. This is just good Chinese food that you won’t regret. The quality of their meats is good and their breading on chicken and other meats is perfect. I have yet to find another local Chinese restaurant that I like more. I tried to order lunch from United Chinese for my toddler’s birthday party (8 adults and two small kids attending) through UberEats. I ordered before 11 AM and the food was supposed to arrive by 12:30 PM. I specifically searched for a restaurant that would be able to deliver to our home at that time and I only later saw that the restaurant was supposed to open at 12 PM. The order went through no problem. I then was busy trying to get myself, my toddler, and our home ready for the party. When guests arrived at around 12:15, I realized that I hadn’t gotten any notifications about the order yet and I thought that was odd. When I opened the UberEats app, there was a screen that popped up saying that the order had been canceled because the restaurant couldn’t fulfill it. But there were no notifications (my notifications for the app were on) and, most frustratingly, I had not received any call from the restaurant. If they had called me about the order and said that they needed more time, I would have been totally fine with that. But since I only found out that the order was canceled during the event, I then had to find another restaurant nearby that could accommodate everyone’s dietary needs, have everyone look at the menu and tell me what to order (not a fast process for 10 people), and then go through the process of ordering and picking the food up. So we ended up only getting food to our home over an hour after we were supposed to eat and by then some family members had to leave with their small kids without eating. There may be a fault with the app as well, but regardless, I don’t understand why the restaurant didn’t just call me and explain the situation so we could figure out a fair solution. It was incredibly unprofessional to just cancel with no communication, leaving us in the lurch. Service Delivery Service: 1

I have been here multiple times on account of my senior home. Just about every time I come here, the staff seems to have an attitude. When I came in, I struggled to keep the door open while pushing my residents chair through. The woman at the counter who ended up being our waitress watched me as she dealt with another customer. I told her we would be a party of 7, and she told me to go to the middle table. I tried to explain we would need to move chairs. She motioned over towards the center area irritably and said, "Just go to the middle." There was a table seated only for 6. So I moved a table over myself and moved the chairs over as well. Our waitress didn't come to take an order until about 10 minutes into sitting there, after which she straight skipped over drinks and asked if we were ready to order. She did not ask how we'd like our check. When I was asking to split the check, she was able to split Mine and my coworkers bill from the rest. But then, had the excuse that she couldn't separate the rest because it's "too much". And I wholeheartedly believe it's because they wanted to keep their minimum tip where it was, but the worst part about that is that my residents are kind people, and probably would have tipped them more in all after splitting their checks. But since there was so much confusion, instead of helping my residents do their usual 18%-20%, we stuck with the restaurants minimum 13%. And not even out of spite. It was literally because we had too much confusion to figure out with their accounts. I wish we had better service here because my residents honestly enjoy the food from here, but the service and lack of patience and minimal respect you get is astounding and downright disgusting.
