Idk..the food is great, with large portions. But I'm telling you the bar area dining is terrible and cold, too cold to put folks having dinner. My family and I love Tuscan Slice. The staff and service has been exceptional. The owner, Jonathan visited our table and made food recommendations that brought us back two more times in a week and a half. We ask staff to provide us recommendations for food and drink and have been more than pleased with each dish. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It is evident that much thought and detail went into the restaurant. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are far out of Waxahachie. Very good food with attentive service. Our extended family all meet there every couple years. They have a side room that sits about twenty that we use. Reservations were simple. We will be back. I had the three pastas with cheese sauce. Flavors were point on and not overpowering. Did not have room to try a dessert. Went back again and lived my dish. Plenty to eat as well. THE FOOD HERE IS THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER HAD. The surroundings have a very vintage Italian look (obviously), and the service is great. I got the Shrimp Gnochhi and if I had 100 million thumbs they would all be up. This restaurant is life changing and a great experience for anybody. One of my favorite to take friends and family for Italian food in Waxahachie. The food and cocktails are fabulous!! My favorite dish is the Wagyu and risotto... Of course the pizzas and pastas are awesome too! Go to cocktails are their Lemoncello and French Martinis.. Both absolutely refreshing!! Owners are super sweet and will always say hi when they can. Once again, Tuscan Slice blows my mind. Today their chef Garrett made me the surf and turf. I rediscovered my faith in God while eating it. It was cooked perfectly. I could have cut it with a fork it was so tender. Every single thing on my plate was flawlessly prepared, fresh and deliciously blended. Preston as always was a 10/10 server. Custom service was really good. The hostess was really professional and courteous. We were seated immediately. Our server was attentive and cordial. She was knowledgeable of the menu and made some good suggestions. We both had manicotti. My friend had three cheese manicotti and I had the spinach and chicken version. Both dishes were served hot. My first manicotti and I am a fan. Great plate presentation and really good flavor. The bread was delicious. The dressing on the salad was bland. It was the only item that didn't wow. The cannoli was pretty good. I'm a dessert lover so you have to face plant to be rated as bad. The ambiance was great. Definitely recommend Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100

The best wood-fired pizza in town! Went in around 3 pm for an early dinner, ordered a medium pizza and the wood-fired spinach artichoke dip. Friendly waitstaff and warm environment! A great find on our way to scream park! Absolutely delicious and outstanding service. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Could have used a few tuscan chandeliers in the main dining room though. So many of the make servers had the same look I was just waiting on them to break out the song and jump on the bar and sing....Bye bye bye. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
