I ordered meatball Bolognese and chili cheese to go..
Portion size : moderate to big, meaning big portion for small portion eater, but full filling for big eater.
Taste wise, okay, just nice. Three meatballs with good chunks of meat for the pasta. And good amount of beef Bolognese sauce and cheese sauce for the fries.
It took me around 20 minutes for the food to be prepared with 60% customer filled inside the restaurant.
Total around Rm 23 incl 50 cent for each box to go.

Chilli Cheese Fries
My family of 5 went there last Sunday around 3pm++ but surprisingly the restaurant was almost fully-booked. The crew ushered us upstairs which is more quiet (there's instrumental music though). We're required to order by scanning the QR code. Expectedly, it took longer time to order as I got disconnected twice and to reconnect, it was really time-consuming. Finally, we managed to order and our food delivery was quite fast. Perhaps, they're being cooked in advance. My daging batang pinang balado was colder than the rice and only a piece of lettuce as a garnish or a side...not sure. It tasted a bit sweet but wasn't that bad. My children ordered an individual set of lamb chop, chicken chop and crispy chicken carbonara. A set of fish and chips for my husband. They managed to empty their plates...meaning that they liked it.
The cost of our 5-pax lunch was around RM150 so the average of RM30/pax which I think is ok to have once a while. Perhaps the owner could consider reduce the price of food so that they could get more volumes of traffic....just suggesting...

P05 - Crispy Chicken Carbonara
Comfortable and well-organized dining atmosphere. The menu is diverse, featuring an array of enticing options, including main courses, sides, beverages, and tempting desserts. Pricing is reasonable, making it an affordable choice for a cafe.
Yesterday i ordered Spaghetti Carbonara with Crispy Chicken. The carbonara sauce was good and rich of flavour. But somehow it may become a bit monotonous after a few bites. Maybe you can improve it by adding chili flakes or other spices to infuse some spiciness could help counterbalance the richness. While the chicken portion is generous. I think you can consider offering a grilled chicken alternative to pair with the carbonara might be an excellent addition, as the crispy chicken tends to lose its crunch when soaked in the sauce. I would rate this dish 7/10.
On the other hand, the Spaghetti Salted Egg Squid was absolutely good. Delightful and consistent salted egg flavor and mild spiciness in every bite, accompanied by a generous serving of tender calamari. The only minor drawback is that the salted egg sauce leans slightly towards sweetness. A reduction in the sweetness of the sauce would likely enhance the overall experience. I'd give this dish a solid 9/10.
The Grilled Chicken Aglio Olio features a generous chicken fillet. It's an overall decent choice, packed with herbs that infuse the dish with intense flavors. While some may find the flavor a touch too strong, it's right to my liking . An 8/10 rating.
This version of Fish and Chips uses breadcrumbs on the fish fillet's exterior, quite different from the classic British Fish and Chips that uses batter that made of flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In my opinion, I think would be better if you could use British-style batter for your Fish and Chips. The accompanying tartar sauce and lemon do add a pleasant touch. However, a slightly larger portion of both the fillet and fries would be appreciated. I'd rate it a solid 6/10.
The Classic Chicken Chop offers an ample portion size and a well-balanced taste profile with the classic breadcrumbs outside of the chicken fillet. The black pepper sauce complements the dish nicely with a balanced flavor, resulting in an enjoyable overall flavor. A commendable 8/10 rating.
As for the beverages, they left us all satisfied, with no noteworthy comments needed.

Salted Egg Squid
Went here for early dinner. Had carbonara spaghetti with chicken grill, buttermilk chicken, pakapow beef, chicken grill salad. All of it tastes good!! Portion size is also good. Easy to get parking and accessible for all ages. Can celebrate any intimate occasion here because the ambience is nicee

Cozy cafe in Bangi serving delicious food. Reasonably priced and friendly staff as well.
Mushroom soup is cheap and has a very home-y feel and comes with 2 big garlic bread.
Fries with bolognese sauce and cheese is a great appetiser too, just the fries become soft quick after drenched in the sauces.
Grilled chicken fried rice is a good comfort dish, and comes in big portion.
Curry spaghetti served wirh curry cream sauce and bbq chicken is a weird mix of flavours but works really really well!
Overall rate this place 8/10. Do visit this cafe if in Bangi and no idea where to eat😁
