Thank you to The Kitchen. The entire experience from the presentation of the food and the thoughtfulness of the chef, allows one to fully understand the vision of the kitchen. The staff is lovely with very attentive hands. The ingredients very fresh and flavorful. At times one has to close their eyes to experience the flavors. Vegetarian and vegans are welcomed here as the chef can play with his creative mind and serve whatever is needed.

The dishes are very delicate. Bloody delicious fish with cauliflower cream! Very crispy and juicy duck skin.

Everything about this place is great. Friendly and professional staffs, great atmosphere, very unique selection of seasonal menu and I just love how they have great control on amount of customers in the restaurant. Excellent food exclusively made with locally sourced ingredients in Taiwan. Very very authentic. This place is highly recommended to anyone from overseas!!! Come and have a taste you ll never regret. Hidden in the alley in the West District, Tu Pang is a unique place to dine. Owner/chef is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about local ingredients, and dedicated to promoting seasonal and regional harvests and fresh catches.
The restaurant is cozy and food is good, and at thee d of the meal, chef/owner will come out from the kitchen and share his philosophy and story for the food he designed for the guests. There’s always something new about this place, and always some new knowledge to take home with a satisfied meal.
This is an amazing restaurant! The food is not only delicious but totally unique. The service, the decor - everything was as close to perfect as possible. It's not cheap compared to a bowl of beef noodles- but compared to similar dining experience in Singapore, NY, Tokyo etc- it's a real bargain!

A great place to dine in at, especially if there is a special occasion. Dined here for my girlfriend’s birthday.
Du Jour menu thus every dish is a fresh surprise, and also guarantees the freshest ingredients based on the day.
Cuisine is a mix of contemporary European using ingredients from Taiwan.
Impeccable service rendered by the team at Tu Pang, with every dish explained clearly by the server as well as the Chef.
Pricing is relatively reasonable, worth every cent with the intricacy of the service as well as the preparation (close to 1700 before taxes).

Great food as before. Seating space has been increased. The only complaint is the loud noise from open kitchen.

Seating is too close for comfort (almost elbow to elbow). Window needs to be cleaned. Slate that was used to serve the appetizer is not warm/hot. All that being said, the service and food quality is superb. The store owner/chef makes sure you know how their raw material are sourced (in an eco-friendly way) and the attention paid to details during their food preparation process.
