I went in with 3 others for dinner on a Wednesday night. Staff was helpful and friendly and talked us through the Scandinavian style menu. We sipped on aquavit to start and then ordered shishitos, beef tartar and the fried chicken appetizer. We added the open faced smoked salmon, meatballs and shrimp sandwiches. Good flavors, but can be heavy with the bread. Was definitely fun to try a new cuisine. Great job Hines brothers!

Dinner was both delicious and perfectly displayed. The restaurant is beautiful and perfect for special occasions or family meals. The music was also perfect . You won’t be disappointed. Also we arrived with both a garlic allergy and gluten sensitivity. They we able to provide alternative fresh baked gluten free bread and garlic free dish. Thank you for amazing time

Friendly staff, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A large selection of draft beer, local or from afar. Delicious and unique Scandinavian open sandwiches. Plus Trudy Bird’s twist on the humble hot dog. I live locally and visit often.

What a refreshing, high quality dining experience. My wife and I decided to try this Nordic themed establishment for a special occasion and we were not disappointed. The clean, wood stove ambiance coupled with the Cocktails, Aquavit, appetizers and open faced fare were top tier. This restaurant makes me so happy. First and most importantly, the staff wrap you up in their good vibes and make you feel like a part of their family every time you enter. The food is prepared and served with clear care and attention, but it doesn’t just look good!! The flavor blends are totally on point, unique but somehow familiar and oh, so good. Trudy Bird’s drink selection is next level - their beers are well considered and extensive, and their cocktails, both seasonal and constant, are simply delicious. They always have cider options that are diverse and yummy as well. I can go to TB with my husband and make it a date night, bring my family for casual and comfortable dining, and meet friends there for an easy, fun night out. Add occasional music and it really is the bees knees. I recommend visiting Trudy Bird’s to everyone I know.

Come in and treat yourself to Chef Alan's Restaurant Week Prix-Fix menu. The velvety rich Roasted Corn Bisque is a highlight, along with the aromatic and tasty Aquavit's to sample (they have a nice range to choose from.) Fresh and creative! Can't wait to go again.

Lovely place; such a gem. The food is delicious; really high quality and fresh! The staff is super chill and welcoming, as well. Lots of great options from the Danish open faced sandwiches to specialty hotdogs, a smash burger, and a very tasty brusell sprout salad! Also, the Danish donuts are mouth watering...you definitely want to save room for those!

Also, if you are looking for gluten free food, this is the spot. You can get a real deal gluten free bun, that isnt just the sad crumbly thing that comes from the Udis package :) The crew running the kitchen here very clearly pays attention to even the smallest details, for every plate.
