The service here was horrible! The guy was arguing with us about giving us a spoon after we bought smoothies with them. I went there with my family to buy smoothies and we also bought something from crumble next door. We needed spoons to eat it and asked the Indian guy at the counter but he wouldn’t give us a spoon even though they gave 2 spoons to the ppl in front of us without hassle. They just lost a customer over a plastic spoon. He then began to continue to argue with us so we asked him for the managers contact info and refused to give it to me. This was one of the worst customer service I had received at an establishment. I do not recommend going there. I think the guys name was Harry. Please avoid this gentleman!
In response to Sam’s review. We never cussed at them and my wife never threatened them. We simply asked for a spoon after they gave it to someone else before us. Sam was never there from the get go of the conversation and at the fact that the guy behind the counter cussed out my wife to be exact.

My first time here... I ordered the detox green and it has a lot more ginger in it and less of other flavor than the one I got from Liberia, Manassass, which was delicious. It tasted like I'm drinking a watery green ginger smoothie. I don't plan on trying this location again. I should have read the reviews for this location. When I placed a mobile order, the Centreville Rd, Herndon, location would keep it in the fridge until I get there to pick up. This location, it is left on the mobile pick up table. Fortunately, I was only a few store away when I placed the order. Otherwise, the smoothie would start to warm to room temperature before pick up. Recommend placing a fridge by the pick up table to keep the smoothie cold and from melting. The lady working there was OK but she did say thank you before I walked out. The doors on the inside has no handles? This store is much smaller than the Herndon location, and the Manassas location is the biggest of the 3. Overall, of the 3 locations that I have gotten smoothie from, this is my least favorite with Manassas being my favorite. I do like that this location has tables outside, which could be because the space inside is limited.
