Not impressed, wanted to try their food and the portions were small. My husband’s quesadilla was flat and tiny, barely filled. Wrap was a little heartier with processed weird chicken pieces. The food is good, smoothies are good. The staff if very unfriendly , they don’t greet you with a smile or talk to you. Makes for a very uncomfortable situation. Very awkward. Makes for a strange environment. I watched several people walk in and not get acknowledged. They stood there uncomfortably. Just as I did.

The ladies at the front were so kind and professional I was taken back. The store was slammed with online orders and already had three orders in store placed ahead of me for the lunch rush. I dined in and my food was brought to my table which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve been a tropical smoothie customer for over a decade from Pennsylvania all the way down to Florida and this experience today was one of the, if not, the best one yet. My Peanut butter cup was made to perfection, and the chipotle chicken flatbread was just right.

The workers are wonderful! I had a great meal and loved the smoothie. They were very professional and quick with the turnaround. 10/10 I would recommend. The worker who prepared my smoothie ( name tag Brianna) made the tastiest smoothie I’ve ever had!

I have no problem with the smoothies or the food here. However, my complaint is with the handicap parking. It is so tight that you cannot get a walker out safely and walk between your car.and the curb or car next to you. No way to unload a wheelchair if needed either especially one that comes out the side. Unfortunately disabled people cannot be comfortable here.

They rang in my Buffalo chicken wrap as a Jerk Chicken wrap which I didn’t notice until I got the food home so thankfully I’m not picky. It was pretty good. The Thai chicken wrap was good, too, though I wish it had a little more dressing on it

Thought everything was fine until my husband started drinking his jetty punch and after a few sips discovered that what he thought were extremely hard bits of strawberry were actually tiny shards of hard, clear plastic. Only solution offered was a brief apology and refund. Shift manager would not even provide number of store manager.

one of the workers, an older blonde woman, was extremely rude to me both times i've been there. i'm pretty sure her name is Lori. I understand the first time, the store just opened so i forgave her. When i came back a second time, while the store was not busy at all, she was rude to me again. it was very disappointing because i did enjoy my smoothie, but her disrespect was uncalled for. there is absolutely no reason to be rude to customers with no reason. i walked in, ordered, paid, tipped, and thanked the staff and she was still incredibly rude to me, and made no effort to make anyone in there feel welcome.

I love Tropical Smoothie! I think employees just need to get used to how things run, it'll get better. Service was a bit slow, but my flatbread and smoothie were delicious! I'm super happy to have a location close by. Let's focus on the positives and build the employees up!
