I just went there and ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich and a Bahama Mama, and the sandwich is missing the bacon, and the smoothie is very watered down. It was a $10 sandwich with turkey and lettuce on it… Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We splurge for this every couple of weeks. The new one in Salem is very nice but it's coupled with a sub shop so parking and travel through the drive thru could be potentially slow. If they keep the blades sharpened on the blenders it's a good time!

Waited about 30 mins to get my entire order today. I let them know I had been waiting for the last part of my order and one of the girls asked them to make it. The young lady who made the sandwich seemed annoyed that she had to make it. To make matters worse we get back to my daughters apartment to find out her sandwich was cold, the cheese hadn’t been melted and the chicken was cold. Very disappointing to say the least.

I waited over an half an hour(> 30 minutes) on an avocadp grilled cheese sandwich that I ordered to go.nothing else. And inside wasn’t even packed That is way too long Their pomegranate smoothie I’ve had before is delicious but the Wait time for food is too long Thankfully a black woman with Curly hair (they don’t have name tags) was working there and helped me out with my order when I queried and asked my name and that it was coming up next. I even stepped out to get something because it was it was taking so long and came back inside and she called my name smiled and gave me my food I appreciated that

I really love smoothies! They are priced around $6-7 for a large smoothie. You can add in different supplements like protein, multivitamins, collagen, fat burner, energizer, or more. My favorite smoothie right now is the Triple Berry Oat. They also serve food here, including breakfast items, but I have not tried these. Download their app and get points for free food items, extras, or smoothies! Service is fast here.

Walked in to trop today, looking forward to a smoothie with my boyfriend. Upon entry we knew it was going to be an experience. The line was to the door. Usually means good business right? Not in this scenario, the poor employees, who couldn't have been older than 22/23 were scrambling amongst themselves the whole time we were there. At one point I heard one of the employees mention the ice machine was broken and they were trying to reach a manager. How do you not schedule a manager during a Saturday lunch shift????? I felt so bad for the employees who were visibly stressed and nobody to help them. Disgraceful management, do better.

Hate to say it but that was probably my last $16 (x2) meal from tropsmooth. Walked in to blaring rap music something about n****'s slu**in' out pu***. The other people didn't seemed to mind. Wasnt a big deal for me either but I was taken for a loop when I approach the counter and eventually get a blank stare.. am I being bullied for approaching the counter? I realize she wasn't going to speak, just stare at me like I'm the problem with the world so i say I have an online order and she points at the cubes behind me where our smoothies were. Unfortunately our food was in a different cube organizer across the room that she failed to mention. After sitting for 10 minutes I go ask when our food will be ready and she walks over to the other cube and grabs it for us. I said thanks for being so helpful sarcastically and we left. It was funny to talk about later, I would've fired everyone in there last night. 3/20
