Just drive a little further to another location… the employees here don’t pay attention. Smoothies are fine. I keep trying to give them another chance, yet every time I order a cheese quesadilla, they take it upon themselves to add chicken to it. I understand mistakes happen once in a while, but EVERY time..? Come on. Maybe they think they’re doing me a favor, but some people don’t eat meat! The real favor would be filling orders properly… I won’t be back.

Smoothie tasted fine, but waited for an hour (ordered 12:20, received 1:20) for a single sandwich. When I did get it, it was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. The kids were working hard, but no organization. They had LOTS of orders sitting around but had no idea who they all belonged to (they admitted that - see pic). Find another location.
Smoothie was good. Quesadilla wasn't melted. At all.
2nd time coming back 2 months later. Only children working. A young girl took my order and communicated through the headset to another young girl standing right next to her. They are non stop giggling through taking my order and giving me my change.
I asked for a dark chocolate instead of a white chocolate. I watched the second young girl still put white chocolate in my smoothie. I told them it was supposed to be dark. Absolutw giggling fest. Then she remade it and there was so much extra smoothie left behind in the blender. My drink is incredibly diluted. Has an essence of what it is supposed to taste like.
This was my second chance for this place. I'll no longer be going back.
Update on business: Went in today, no one in there, music blaring, girls sitting on the kitchen counters. Shrugged off thecounter, I said hello she looked at me while chewing gum and said nothing. I turned around and walked right back out. I'm driving to the tropical smoothie a bit further. Your workers are dumb, rude, and not friendly.
This is the first TSC I have ever been to. I assume this is a newer location because the inside was light and well organized and pretty clean. My party and I had an offer for a free flatbread. I think the employees said welcome in but they carried on their own conversations longer than they should have. My party actually had to tell the employees she was ready to order even though we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. When we did order the employees were pretty friendly and repeated the order back to us.
The coupons worked and the orders were correct and arrived in a timely fashion. I was actually kind of impressed with the size of the flatbread. I assumed since it was for a free deal it would be puny but was actually filled with hearty chunks of chicken. It could have used more pesto spread for flavor but was definitely filling. The Mango Monsoon smoothie was delicious. It had all the flavors I like and was like a dessert.
Based on a lot of the previous reviews it sounds like the service we got was actually pretty good. I'm willing to go back because it is close and I loved the smoothie.
On 8/5/23 I ordered 2 meals for delivery, both with smoothies. I only received 1 smoothie so I called the store. I was told a manager would call me back for a refund. I never received a call or a refund. I called again a week later and was told the manager was not there. I asked for a call back and still have not received one. I have filled out the contact us forms online and have not gotten any response. I love tropical smoothie cafe but I will not be returning to this location.
okay first of all, I very rarely ever write bad reviews and I love this place; but EVERY time I go, the workers are always unsociable and seem like they are miserable. They barley talk and lack any sort of communication. The service is slow and they run on their own schedule, making customers wait a ridiculous amount of time before even acknowledging their existence just to take someone's order. Smoothies are always great and have never had an issue with an order being messed up but the food takes an excessive amount of unnecessary time to make. So note to self and anyone else reading this: if you plan on ordering food, make sure to go into the store, otherwise you'll be sitting through the drive-thru for minimum of 30 minutes.
Absolutely love this place, smoothies are delicious and the food is usually good too. But the people who work here are rude, and absolute garbage in terms of customer service, often takes a long time for your order as well. This place desperately needs new management and to replace all their staff with better people.
Usually love going to this place but the workers here are incredibly rude at this location. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day, life, etc but the ginger girl needs to quit if she is that miserable at her job because it’s VERY evident. She had at me sitting in silence at the drive through after ordering for 10 minutes going “IS THAT IT”, was rude and refused to speak to me when paying? and was slamming stuff around inside. It was actually pretty funny besides the fact she gave me a broken lid and my smoothie exploded all over me. Would not recommend this specific location to anyone and would rather drive 30 minutes to go to a location with decent workers. Thanks!
ordered my smoothie online, watermelon mojito w mango. showed up and the smoothie with my name on it was BLUE. asked if that looked right and the two young women there seemed stoned and confused. i pointed out that another order looked like a watermelon smoothie but was labelled as "sunrise smoothie, sub blueberries for pineapple", and proposed that maybe the 2 smoothies were mixed up. long nails girl just shook her head, threw the blue smoothie in the trash, and started remaking one while the apparent supervisor just started trying to comprehend the confusion, reading labels and seeming just lost. I explained that she'd already trashed my original smoothie and receipt, and then long nails girl started digging in the trash WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF PREPARING MY REPLACEMENT. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS, long fingernails and all. bad enough to mess up the online order, but the utter lack of functional cognition after the fact was absurd.
so slow. i placed a mobile order online and it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. i work so i only have 30 mins for lunch and i was rushing back to work. i asked the lady about my order and she just smugly smiled and said i’m working on it then prepared my smoothie last. i will not be coming back here the service is awful and i was late back to work.
