To try nicely cooked chicken wraps is a really nice idea. This bar will offer you great smoothies. Many guests consider employees cool. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant Tropical Smoothie Cafe a high rating.

I love Georgia. Everyone is so nice. I’m shocked I have to write a bad review, honestly. But this place is atrocious. The first time I saw a Georgia resident visibly angry since I moved here. Waited almost an hour for my order. That’s not a problem, stores get busy, that how it works. Today I went in: 2 patrons eating in the entire restaurant. I walked in at 11:21 AM. I stood in front of the counter until 11:38. The young man in the picture didn’t even LOOK at me once, much less acknowledge my presence. The whole time he was making a wrap. He even almost dropped it to the ground. This is not an isolated incident. I’ve worked restaurants for years, behavior like this is just unacceptable. TSC would do right by their brand to shut down this branch or find a new franchise owner. Absolutely embarrassing.

Definition of a bad "restaurant". We walked in and there were maybe 3 people there and we waited over a minute to even get recognized by a staff member. "What do you want?" Is the only thing he says, not a hello or anything. After ordering a single sunrise sunset smoothie we wait more than 20 minutes when there are only 3 other customers. The quality of the smoothie was not very great and for 7 dollars I expected to at least taste some of the ingredients like the orange juice and strawberry but all you can taste is an overwhelming amount of mango and the smoothie is so thick it's hard to use the straw.
I don’t know what’s going on with places these days, but service is just not good. I asked for a thick smoothie and received it running like water, the MANAGER, came from the back with a bucket of mop water in his hand, he then went over to remake my smoothie. I asked him to wash his hands, but he smiled and spoke to me in a passive aggressive manner. He didn’t wash his hands and I asked for a refund! Get better people to work for you! He’s not one of them.. definitely following up on this service

I Usually only go for Happy Hour 7-9 A.M. Half off smoothies. Such a great promotion. Perfect way to start your day.

Another update: Look, I hate to be so harsh. But who is the absolute moron(s) in charge of this location? You already have terrible scores on all the food rating apps. Yet you do nothing to make it better. We ordered on the app and showed up several minutes after it was stated to be ready on the app. Instead of working on our order the teenagers are just sitting in the back room. Didn’t even bother to pull our order up and start working on it. So we got to wait an additional 10 minutes and be subjected to the filthy rap music playing over the store speakers. To add insult to injury, the drinks weren’t completely blended. You couldn’t take a full sip through the straw without it getting plugged up with ice or fruit. Seriously, is there no one competent in the whole Tropical Smoothie franchise that cares enough to even try? Whoever runs this outfit needs some type of public shaming. Most all recent reviews are 1-star. Not sure how this location even averages three stars. It’s truly the consistently worst food experience out there today. I would not be sad to see this overpriced debacle of a franchise go out of business. Update: Another awful smoothie experience. $7 for a smoothie with little taste and so many ice chunks that its impossible to drink through a straw. Easily beats McDonalds for the most consistently poor service of any national chain. This company couldn’t be more incompetent. The latest way they are screwing their customers. Paper cups. Who puts smoothies in a paper cup. They don’t last long at all. And worse, the cups are smaller than the usual cups. Tropical Smoothie charges a premium for their drinks. But they give you a dollar store product and service. Easily the worst food franchise around.

i had the worst experience that i have ever had at a tropical smoothie due to andy (the worker). he was extremely rude when asking where my pre ordered smoothie was and he told me it was not his problem since i ordered on postmates. due to andy i will never go to tropical smoothie again. once i had to reorder my smoothie, he added way to much ice causing me to not even be able to drink my smoothie. i’m extremely disappointed and upset with tropical and andy.

My experience at this TSC is always pleasant. The staff at this location are very friendly and the smoothies are delicious! Thanks Kaylee and Nickolai for the amazing customer service experience(s).
Worse experience ever. The young lady who took my order was unapproachable from the start. It was as though I was the serving asking how she’s doing and greeting. I told her I am going to order a smoothie alone and I’m going to add two Island Flats to do the pair and save and to get three smoothies in total and two flats. It’s as though she deliberately tried to confuse herself. She started to gesture as though she was upset because she failed to comprehend a simple order. Then, she angrily threw the blender parts into the sink after she blended the smithies. Wish I didn’t pay for the order. I’m so uncomfortable. Someone please train this staff to be more approachable and how to listen. To top it off, she never told me that my smoothies were ready. Very disappointing service.

Very disappointed. I went to this location for the first time and service was absent. I stood at the counter to order for 5 minutes and the two workers just looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. They did not acknowledge me, did even so much as say I will be right with you nothing at all and it wasn’t even busy. I left and went to my car and immediately contacted corporate office. I do hope the are disciplined behind these actions because it’s very unacceptable!!!
