Every time we order over the phone I ask for double meat since they bearly put meat in the tortas but this time even though we asked for double meat my torta didn't have it Also we order half pound of lamb barbacoa which was mostly fat and skin instead of meat ... So frustrating!! Because we are paying for our food and we come hungry expecting to be satisfied with our orders but they just don't wanna give the right portions. Hey! If you don't wanna give the right portions don't sell food!!! Sorry but we are never coming back here Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1

I wasn't happy with the quality of food here, yes the size of the bread was large but other than that it wasn't a very good sandwich. No lettuce, no mayo, very little beans, a sliver of avocado, very thin slice of tomato, no jalapeno... and old meat. Not what I expected for a $10 torta. The cashier also wasn't very receptive.

I don't understand how they can can call their business name tortas local if they don't even know know how to make the tortas I buy this morning a torta Cubana and a Hawaiian torta and they just put 2 slices of ham mayo and a slice of pineapple tell me if we can call it Hawaiian torta and also the Cubana torta they just put chorizo,tomates,lettuce,and chicken this is ridiculous I am really upset I paid almost $80 dollars for what I asked and they didn't make anything the right way this is my second time but the first time I thought they were wrong and I wanted to come back but they have lost several clients because of their bad service This is not fair for everyone Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

The food was bland, I think I tried several things from their menu but I have been impressed or liked the food very much. I’m always trying to leave half to finish later. The only time i do that it’s because I don’t like the food. When you buy a torta - it does not come with everything it should come with, the meat its dry, bread not toasted enough pretty dry, food felt cold and tasteless. The place is rather small and when you call ahead to place an order they don’t make it they wait until you arrive and pay for it. Great Chicharron Quesadilla ! Home made tortilla with authentic Queso Oaxaca( Oaxacan Cheese) I highly recommend it. !

Have been here multiple times trying to give it a chance since my co workers love it so much for some reason but In the end straight trash . Who puts hotdog in a torta??? Never seen that before. The asada was like biting into strips of leather and tasted disgusting. Eggs taste like they are old or not contained correctly. Not even the right bread no flavor or crunch just sadness . And even worse the customer service always charging me for the wrong items and other people’s orders and when I say something they deny it . Not even the salsa could save this sandwich because it was just as bad . Heard lots of stories of this place having rats and Being disgusting and I should have listened this place is nasty and disgusting and straight up terrible. The place next door is ten times better but more expensive but I am totally fine spending more for better food . Adding on everytime I dine there my stomach always feels like the worst the whole day and not just a normal stomach ache but full on pains that just make me wanna lie down and drink pepto for the rest of the day , almost made me leave work just because of it . Hope this will help others out to know this place is not okay !!!

I love tortas from this place. Today we came and ordered different food, enchiladas Verdes, they took forever to bring my food. 3 customers behind me got their food first. And when I received my food was really bad. Chicken was hard as a rock and the rice seemed undercooked. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50
