It's a decent place to lounge. Meat platter was fine. They have alcohol and sheesha/hookah (it was good).
Overall, a good place to hang out in the evening or before heading to the airport. Staff were ok.

Cool little vibrant place! I had a five day layover in Entebbe and found this place while walking around and exploring. Unique, friendly and of course cold Nile special!

One of the most vibrant places and bars in Entebbe town. Well designed in Friesian cow 🐄 graffiti to suite the name Tipsy cow. It’s an open bar and spacious enough to accommodate an average number of people. The customer service is awesome as I was served in the first 3 mins of my arrival. Great place to be if ur in Entebbe town.

If you’re having goats meat for the first time. This is the place to do it. They are a bit slow in terms of service delivery so try calling ahead to place your order before you get there. When the food comes it’s usually worth the wait.

This is a unique bar in Entebbe.Outdoor, this is the best thing, so fresh and cool.Beers are super cold. This is going to be a place not to miss wen you come to Entebbe.

Additionally, the food menu is budget-friendly, offering a wide range of options from meat platters to flavorful African dishes. For a delectable experience, I highly recommend trying the "wetty goat," which consists of tender goat meat in a savory gravy served with a side of chips.
The lively ambiance at Tipsy Cow is elevated by the live DJ, who keeps the energy flowing with a mix of great music, setting the perfect vibe for your evening.
