Actually no stars, very poor service. The white lady with short hair is always so unpleasant. NOT friendly, you feel you need to apologize that you disturbed her. I also work in customer service and she must be fired on the spot for talking to her customers in such a bad manor. I work in the mall and love your products but will rather que at Pick & Pay then go through service like that again.

Poor customer service, the afrikaans lady that works there is extremely rude. She seems very irritated when you ask her something. Working in the mall you don't want to que in long lines when getting food so Tip top is very convenient and the food is lovely but the attitude of the staff is so bad I'd rather spend my whole lunch in a que before supporting Tip Top again.
I hope the owner takes action because they are losing a lot of money due to this ladys bad attitude !!

GOOD DAY. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE THAT YOUR GUYS DELIVER. YOU GOT SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ON THIS SAME LADY. WHY DONT YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT YOU ASLONG AS SHE IS THERE. DO YOU REALIZE HOW MANY MONEY YOU ARE THROWING AWAY BECAUSE MALL STAFF DONT LIKE TO QUE ANYWHERE FOR FOOD. SO WE LOVE TO SUPPORT YOU. Poor service from the lady. I went to go buy a cake for my wife birthday at 15:50...but the lady said it was closed. Poor service, this represents Vaalmall very bad. Will never buy from them ever again.

Prices are crazy R15 for 1 pancake without filling seems a bit ridiculous to me. Tasty treats but prices are way off. Even a cooldrink is the price of a 2 liter

I bought a chocolate mousse slice today, Monday 29 Aug, and it was NOT fresh at all. The cake part was dried out and the cream on top not good any more. Why on earth would you just not give away products before it goes ‘off’ rather than to alianate loyal clients by serving them bad products? Please note, your products are expensive AND therefore should ALWAYS be fresh. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The service I got was ridiculous and awful, I ordered a cake, sent them an email with the picture , they promised to deliver and baked the wrong thing. On top of that the was a lady there called Theresa who made my experience with tip top bakery the worst. It's ppl like this who drag other people's businesses down and claim to be desperate when looking for a job. I would not recommend it to any one. Terrible experience, wrong order and late for delivery.

Excellent bakkery and food. However the staff has a bit of a "I do not care"- attitude. So do not hope that they will unpack the newly delivered food and give it to you just because you ask them to

Twice now I have placed an order and never received it. The lady that took my order is useless and incompetant. She had the audacity to lie to me and say I never placed the order or the order is at another branch.
