The resturant is a beautifully African themed mix of modern and old fashioned decor set on the banks of the Letaba river.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
The food is really good and the wide variety of options available make the experience even better.
Would definitely recommend.

So R160.00 for this pathetic excuse of steak, egg and chips to add insult is that apparently the steak is aged, the butcher slaughtering maybe was aged since the senew was tough as nails. The spinache and feta pap balls had zero feta even the manager confirmed when i called him over, the chicken snitchel looked like it was beaten to death first in the kitchen before serving and the pepper sauce is literally a packet made sauce that they charge R40 for, atleast they could try and make that right, service was pathetic at best. Highly recommend Not going there, unless bad service and worse food at pretentious prices is your thing. R800 wasted and the whole day ruined.

Whilst the servers were polite, their assistance was very unenthusiastic and left you feeling as if you were inconveniencing them by ordering takeaways. We ordered milkshakes but received flavoured room temperature milk slightly chilled and thickened with a small amount of melted ice cream.

This has been our second visit of a Tindlovu restaurant. This chain has a special hand for it! The design of the restaurant is appealing, there are lots of vegetarian options and the staff is so friendly! (This all can’t be said about the state owned places in Kruger)

A very disappointing visit. The waittress tried her best to accommodate a difficult situation where loadshedding had kicked in during the lunch period where the restraunt was pretty busy. All we ordered was a side plate of chips and two glasses of juice and water at 12pm. The order eventually arrived at 1.45pm; a small plate of cold chips.
When enquiring about why the order was taking so long, we were informed about loadshedding and no generator. If we had this information upfront, we could've considered our options.
The cherry on the top was getting the bill and finding that the small plate of cold chips was overcharged (R33 became R43). Only R10 but the principle is important. When asked to clarify the overcharge, the waittress said she had upsized the side plate to a medium when she saw there two of us. If we compare the portion at Tindlovu Letaba to what we received at the Shingwedzi Camp restaurant, we would say the portion of chips at Shingwedzi was double the size for only R35.
The waittress at Letaba offered to pay the R10 difference which we declined. How many people check their bills? How many others have been swindled? We nevertheless paid the bill and a tip, out of courtesy.
A lovely setting but poor service and communication. On principle, we will not order from this Tindlovu Restaurant again.

Can't go lower than 1 ,we sat down waitress brought one menu, never to return, second waitress brought two menus and never returned. After trying in vain for 20 minutes or so to get attention, a waiter eventually comes to our table as we were leaving . We will never go back.
