This is an open air restaurant just off the road. As a party of six we were greeted promptly and seated without hesitation and given the speciality of the day and ordered drinks (they do not sell alcohol-but we were permitted to drink what we brought). As ive seen before the previous reviews are correct. Roasted chicken and potatoes were a very generous portion and were so flavorful (just perfect). The fish sandwich was also a sizable portion and delicious. I had the special which was simply fantastic and light. A wonderful fish offering (raw/cured in salt water / lime juice) with fresh cucumbers, lime and steamed rice. The meat was not salty, but tender and flavorful. We also has desserts. all very fresh and so much flavor. Thank you for a wonderful meal! We were all so impressed. Only request would be a ceiling fan or air moving and the air was still and the temperature was warm and humid. What an pleasant unexpected final meal on the island of Moorea. Decided to stop by on my last day in Tahiti before the flight back to California. The steak 🥩 and potatoes 🥔 were delicious. I also don’t eat blue cheese 🧀 ever, but gave the liquid kind they had a try and doused both the steak and potatoes in it, which made them ever more delicious. Very kind people that work here and I’m very happy I stopped by for my last meal in Tahiti at this restaurant. Great experience, kind staff and delicious food. Best food in Moorea. The rotisserie chicken was the best I’ve ever had. My husband and I were so so impressed with the hamburger, all ingredients were high quality. The chef is so nice and we also enjoyed the banana split with locally made ice cream. We were so happy to have found this place. We will be eating here again and again during our visit. Great fresh food! We had the vegan burger, which was very tasty and the special which was the shrimp burger. We added on fries and a water. Well priced for the amount of food.The owner and staff were very friendly. Definitely will be back during our stay!
