Didn’t know at the time but this is a local chain of Mexican restaurants. Although the food was delicious. We went on a weekday late evening and we had the whole place to ourselves. Their Tacos and Enchiladas were really tasty. But the best part of the whole dine-in for me was their margaritas!!!! Try their Melon-rita (Watermelon Margarita)!

I have it 4 stars for the mole pork enchiladas. Very tasty! They also have a SPICY 🌶️ salsa with the corn chips so be sure to order that if you like it HOT 🥵
Didn't get greeted coming in greeter was out side delivering food to cars , no problem understand that. But there were 4 other . Workers standing around talking. So I sat myself. Hardly any one in there except the 4 workers 🙄 talking to there selfs. Finally someone came to my table. Gave me chips and salsa. But the salsa tasted like some kind of soup mix. So I said sorry have to go. And I was really craving good Mexican food. Hope your experience is better. I hate to give bad reviews. And love real Mexican food.
The best Mexican place in Fajardo❣️If you need to gather a large crowd, this is the place. The outside terrace invites you to drink a cold beer 🍺 or a glass of wine 🍷. If you want to celebrate 🥳a birthday🎂, feel comfortable in tha private saloon that has view to the stage where live music 🎙🎶🎵 plays.

We have pretty good Mexican food in Chicago so it's hard to compare the offerings and taste but the place was clean and the staff was nice. Flavor had a puerto rican spin which I was not expecting nor desiring.

Great service. Waiters are very friendly and pretty fast service. The menu has a good variety and a lot of options. The restaurant has a great vibe. Excellent choice to jave a good meal and get together with friends.

My extended family and I had a great experience dining at Tijuanas. We were a large party of 11 but had a great experience and really enjoyed the food and drinks.

My background is in the hospitality industry, therefore, service, attention to details to guests or clients are very important and I know how important customer service is. Having said that, this is my feedback, the service was awful. The music too loud inside the restaurant, so loud that you could barely hear the other person. We had to request a table outside. We were a group of 7pp. We ordered and the waitress was not attentive to our table at all. She forgot to bring part of the order (which never arrived to the table) some friends ordered 2 piña coladas w/o alcohol, she came with 2 piña coladas with alcohol without straws, the coke, was literally sugar syrup. The tortilla soup even though is good, the add so much sour cream that the soup is kind of a cold soup,(not as expected) the waitress never informed us that. At the end the waitress brought the ticket, for our surprise she did not remove from the ticket the dish that never arrived, nor the piña coladas and the coke which my friends already had complained about it. I had to speak to the Manager, he "apologized" he said that he was going to remove the items from the ticket and printed a new one and said that he thanked me for the feedback, that they were still in training. I went back to the table and informed my friends. The cherry on the top was when the waitress came to the table so that we can pay and she asked" Are you going to leave me tip? We look at each other shocked that she even asked for it when her service was below -0. I believe in tips and don't have any issue giving a good tip when I receive a good service but someone requesting a tip knowing that her service was not a good one, for me and my friends that was completely unnacceptable. The least I was expecting besides removing the items from the ticket, was that the Manager take the time to go to the table and offer an apology to everyone for the bad service we had received. But something I noticed, the manager was all the time behind the counter. Something I've learned is that great leadership does not manage behind a counter. A great leader is looking after their employees and making sure everything is running smoothly for the clients or guests. This will be my first and last visit to Tijuana's in Fajardo.

I love some live music, what I don't like is loud, earpiecing noice. It was not necessary to be that loud. I couldn't even hear my friend next to me! The bathroom as well, the lock braking, children running around and screams of children. It also was not clean. The food was good, and portions were very good. However, they definitely were not to the standard of imagery.
