UPDATE: I called the store this morning (10/9/2023) and spoke with Sabrina. The store is replacing my order and I'm able to pick them up before I drive back to Austin. Thank you. ❤️ A little disappointed. I LOVE these cookies and I never had a bad experience, until today. The cookies don't seem to be baked fully. Unfortunately, I'm visiting the area and in a hotel. So I'm not able to place them in an oven to bake them longer. I must admit, there was only one employee and he was quite busy. He was very pleasant but perhaps he was rushing. Hopefully, this is just an one time thing.

We came here last night because I had a craving for cake pops. They were the only bakery close by that was open late. While they didn't have cake pops, per say, they did have these cookie truffles that were very delicious and exactly what I was looking for. I ordered from the glass case they have at the front, then the cookies were warmed and packaged. I received great service and would definitely recommend. It was a little pricey and the cookies weren't especially fancy or anything, that was the only draw back but I did love the truffles and their brownies.

A bit expensive but some of the most delicious cookies I've had (I love the chocolate chip pecan). There's no doubt these cookies are amazing; what's very annoying and frustrating is ordering online. I had to start over about 10-11 times because I was trying to use a new card and every time it was sending me back to the "add a new card" page after filling that out. Shouldn't be so hard to place an order. I would've stopped trying after a couple times but my daughter really wanted the cookies so I had to just use my old card because it wasn't saving the new card information. Extremely frustrating. Hands down some of the best cookies ever! I usually get the same type of cookie which is snickerdoodle, but honestly all of their cookies are delish. They always give you the option to warm up your cookies, which I always say yes! The cookies are warm and soft in the middle and adding the cold ice cream is the absolute best! I like that they switch up their menu or even have new cookie flavors to sample.

The cookies were warm, and very soft. I decided to try the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. I liked it! It would've been better if there was more of a peanut butter taste. All I tasted was a chocolate chip cookie with a hint of peanut butter. I would've liked to taste a peanut butter cookie with a hint of the chocolate chip. But overall, the cookie was delicious. 😊

This is a tiny establishment with sweetness overload. We ordered a brownie and two of the Tiffblitz. My son loved the brownie with its deep chocolate taste and sprinkled choco chips. My hubby and I enjoyed the Tiffblitz. It was such a unique twist to an ice cream treat with chunks of brownie, cookie, and topped with a layer of crushed sugar cookie! They deliver which is uber cool. Lastly they package the goodies with such care and finesse; even the spoons are in their own cute envelopes. If you are in town, stop by or have the goodies delivered to your hotel!

Really shouldn't ask what time deliveries should be made if you can't keep the schedule. Cookies were good. Delivery was late. Food: 5 Service: 4
