Your night cashier is very rude I put in my card and she ran it as debit and when I told her I wanted credit she got a attitude and smacked her lips.... there was also some pistachios that was in a place it said 69 cent put it was in the wrong place..... I have been a assistant manager no matter what it is the cashiers job to make sure things are in the right place and if it isn't then you have to give it to the customer for that price also the sprite i bought was 2.09 but rang up 2.29. The cashier is very very rude it was 4:00 am

The Caucasian lady who works the register with the mixed boy always has an attitude. She even runs from the register whenever the store is getting busy and then when someone(customer) confronts her about it she catches an attitude. I stop here everyday before and after work but as long as she is there I will take my money somewhere else.

Stopped to put air in my tire, the machine took my money but would not dispense any air. Reported it to the clerk and she said they have nothing to do with the gas station and that I would need to call the phone number to get a refund. I recommended she put an out of order sign on it but I don't think she wanted to go outside. I decided to get gas and as I was filling up another customer had already put their money in and was trying to fill up their tires only to be disappointed.

Prepare for some abuse at the hands of an unprofessional staff. In the 10 minutes I was in there this morning I was accused of “cutting” in line by the manager (which I didn’t). After she abused me verbally she then forced me to go to the back of the line…twice. I was trying to ascertain why I was being treated this way but she appeared to be having trouble putting words together this morning. After finally making it to the front of the line, I asked the other lady working there if the manager was ok because she appeared to be inebriated. She grabbed my coffee out of my hand and refused to serve me. That is the first time I’ve been refused service in 38 years on this planet! I wasn’t yelling, wasn’t being abusive, I was genuinely concerned that she might be sick or something. After reading the reviews for this store it appears as though there is a leadership problem and possibly a systemic problem within the Thorntons organization. Avoid this place.

My husband and I went to this station to get gas. When my husband went in to pay for the gas he was told that they would not take his money unless he had a mask. The manager offered to sell him one that he had in his car if we didn't have one. Uh, no. We are not buying a mask from the managers car. He came back to the car and got a mask. He took in our rewards card. The manager refused to take the card and give us the discount. I drive a lot for my job. I won't give my money to a place with such poor customer service. And how can you refuse to give a discount to a rewards member?

First and foremost every time I come in this store I am never greeted the cashiers never say hello, have a good day or anything. Well I go in today to get a fountain drink and cigarettes the cashier was rude to begin with and I went to put my Thorntons card # in the system and I accidently said my Speedy card I know it was a mistake and she jumped down my throat "THIS IS NOT SPEEDWAY THIS IS THORNTONS" needless to say I felt completely disrespected the cashier did not tell me to have a good day she didn't even address me and was to busy talking to the other cashier. This wouldn't be such a big deal but I have worked in service stations for over 5 years and I have never spoken to a customer that way I will never be back to that Throntons (and I get everything from there pop, cigarettes, gas ETC.) I will be contacting corporate regarding this and it will be addresses because the cashier was awful .

I been doing business at this Woodhill location for 2 years. It's Always been clean in the store & out in the parking lot. BUT, for at least the last 3 months the parking lot is Straight Up NASTY!!!! Totally uncalled for. IF I was an Out-of-Towner, I would keep driving because I would think that it was like that in the inside of the Store also...Thank You..

Extremely poor customer service.. they don’t even greet you & just stand there, no smile, on the phone right in front of you. & This is every shift that seems to do this. Only went one time and had a a nice person.. everybody else, could care less about you.
