Awesome wee place! Dog friendly - even allowed inside if well behaved! Pupaccino on the menu and a fab array of cabinet food and baking. Kid friendly portion sizes with milkshakes and baking and super awesome staff 😁 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a delightful cafe in the middle of Bow St, I loved the decor of local art it was vibrant and colourful too. I had the poached eggs on sourdough toast with a side of handmade hash brown. Wow, can't beleive what good fortune we had to stumble across the Stoned Cow cafe in Raglan. Being Celiac - the ability to have the most mouth watering gluten free - lemon meringue pie, scones & various cakes & dishes - I've ever had - was heaven. They take real care with service and no cross contamination! YAS! It's not hard to get Gluten free right, but here's a cafe that really cares about it's customers and what they're eating! If a cafe cares about dietry requirements - it means they care about what they're serving you. The staff there were all upbeat, friendly and happy to work there. A winning formula. But what was also amazing is the outstanding artwork in the cafe - the paintings were international gallery standard! So not only did we get to eat delicious food several times, in a wonderful upbeat atmosphere, but were surrounded by visually stunning paintings. Probs the best cafe I've ever visited in New Zealand in my opinion! And I travel a lot for work. Love your work Stoned Cow cafe in Raglan - you have set the standard for excellence! TY! What a wonderful new Café in Raglan! Visited last week and had an amazing time. Staff are very friendly and bubbly, the coffees were made quickly and tasted fantastic. There is a great variety of food available to combine with your coffees. Highly recommend this new gem in town! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20

I just bought the keto cheese scone, gf banana loaf and binoffie slice and omg yummmm 😋 will definitely be back. Everything was delicious. Looks like a lovely place. One of the staff came out to chat to us while we were looking at the menu out front. She was very friendly, but when asked about vegan options, her smile disappeared, and she moved on to other customers. I guess she's aware of how limited and boring their vegan options are. Used to be good. Now only average. They don’t listen when you place order and you received the wrong thing and the waits are a bit excessive. Cutlery and water are self service which is okay if the rest of the food and service was to standard but it is not so it just feels lazy

Best gluten-free cakes and pastries I’ve had in New Zealand. Huge portions, and so many options. The regular pastries looked so amazing too.
