Small sushi shop located shortly after you make it into Alpharetta from Peachtree Corners. Very unassuming spot in the corner that I didn't expect.
The place is really small inside but really the perfect size for a nice sushi place. However, the time I went made it feel like one group could easily ruin this place.
Despite that, the workers did a great job dealing with a really unruly group. Despite them taking longer than normal, they did a great job getting stuff out and tending to everyone in the restaurant, which was me and the unruly group.
Now, the food itself was really good, and I love the diverse platting of the dishes. Definitely be prepared to spend some money if you like great sushi cuz they have some great variety, but they have affordable rolls, too so it's good either way.
They're definitely worth going to again. Give them a try. They're great!

We were craving sushi and wanted to go to a place outside of our Gwinnett, BuHi or downtown areas. Great reviews brought us here and we were not disappointed. The place we packed and we luckily didn’t have to wait too long. Service was good even thought a single waitress pretty much took care of the entire restaurant. Kudos on her great service. Food was great and we will definitely be back.

Great Customer Service! Small restaurant but had so much on the menu. Service was super quick, came out as the chef was making it which was great. Only thing we didn’t like was the Mochi. Had a really grainy weird taste, not like regular mochi.

Uni Sea Urchin Nigiri
We LOVE Sushi Uchi. Most of the time we do pickup, but eating at the restaurant really is the best. It's small, but the tables are well spaced. The employees are so nice and often recognize us. The fish tastes fresh always! Everyone we have ever taken here has truly enjoyed it. They have a good selection sake, including premium and unfiltered varieties. The fatty tuna is THE BEST we've had in Georgia, it's so rich, delicate and has perfect marbling. The portion is perfect for the price. So... It's expensive, but we highly recommend this luxurious fatty tuna! You can't really go wrong with the rolls, they're all so yummy. My favorite thing in the whole menu is the Yellowtail Heaven. The Tuna Tataki is also outstanding. I've tried it at many other places but none of them make it as good as Sushi Uchi. The tuna is so tender and I love the sauce and the little bit of salt on top. I always order my own as soon as soon as I sit down and I never share it with other people at the table... LoL! Any cooked aspects of the meal always arrive at the table hot and you can smell them as they're being cooked. Just delicious, try this place!!
Sharon is the sweetest!!! Best sushi around and friendly environment! Love love love sushi uchi (the spot now). Sharon remembers our names, orders and everyone there is super kind and they have some killer food!!

Ahi Tower Sushi
I was in the area for lunch and decide to try SUSHI UCHI. Excellent choice made by my wife because it was GREAT! Quick service which most complaint, but I prefer it. The SUSHI, SASHIMI, & NIGIRI were DELICIOUS & FRESH! You will also enjoy the presentation of their dishes. They are open from 11:30 till 10pm and 10:30pm Friday & Saturday. They are closed on Mondays. Hope you enjoy it and we will be back.

Have been coming to this establishment for close to ten years, and would have placed it at a 5-star until this recent change. Fish was not as fresh, spicy tuna was changed (not for the better), and even the cucumber and avocado are not as fresh as they used to be.

We've been enjoying this "gem" for years. Phil, the owner, is an amazing sushi chef. The waitresses are amazing and greet us by name. The sushi is top notch with daily morning deliveries. Generous portions and reasonable costs for high grade Sushi/Sashimi.

My fav sushi place in JC/Alpharetta area has a new owner and a chef. It was not as good as before. They have not made any changes to the decor or menu yet. But freshness and deliciousness are definitely not same as before.
