I admit the food is really tasty but something disappoint me. We order nasi lemak then we found the sambal is basi. The staff there told me the sambal is rotten made in the morning, so they gave me a new batch. I don’t understand why Sambal cook in the morning by afternoon already rotten. We order nasi lemak Berempah, mee Siam and cucur udang. All dishes is really tasty and two cost for two person is about 50. Should give it a try Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Overall, my experience was quite positive, but there were some hits and misses. The food was generally acceptable. The star of the show, of course, was the Nasi Lemak itself. The fragrant coconut rice was cooked to perfection, and the sambal provided a delightful kick. Speaking of the sambal, it was flavorful but leaned towards being a bit spicy for my taste. If you're a fan of heat, you'll appreciate it! The other dishes I tried included the fried rice, which was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the rice had a nice texture. However, I found the cucur udang (prawn fritters) to be a bit overrated. They were crispy but lacked the wow factor I expected. Saw a tiktok on this place so went to try it out. When you walk in you will notice that the place is very well decorated and lit up. I ordered the wagyu fried rice (RM32) and savoury platter (RM38). Wagyu fried rice was okok only. However, the cucur udang and satay was sedappp. Satay was juicy and didn't require any dipping sauce. I highly recommend the savoury platter. Only downside was that the food was quite costly? Ordered 3 dishes, 1 special drink and 3 cups of mineral water and the bill came to a total of RM128. The cucur udang is extremely crunchy it comes with the dipping sauce with a combination of spicy & soury taste but not too spicy. Just nice. The star of the dish is the seafood asam pedas. The taste of the asam pedas is absolutely delicious. The portion of the food here is quite big. Advisable for you to share it. Overall I love the food & the ambience. The staff is very helpful & friendly too. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 80–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Cucur Udang

Flavors and Tidbits: A Quick Lunch Delight At The Spice Alley in IOI City Mall, Putrajaya, a quick weekday lunch became a flavorful adventure with their enticing lunch set menu, available from 12 noon to 3 pm. Opting for the Cantonese Beef Noodle set, I was treated to a dish that surpassed the usual offerings found in Chinese food courts. The flavors felt refreshingly "clean," with tender beef and noodles coated in a deliciously thick gingery and eggy sauce. The meal included a choice of complimentary beverages, and I opted for the cooling Sirap Selasih, a delightful concoction of sweet red rose syrup and basil seeds. While the culinary experience was a highlight, the restaurant could enhance the overall impression by improving tidiness, particularly at the payment counter. Despite this minor observation, The Spice Alley provided a satisfying and quick dining experience. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Must try their cucur udang. Texture was crunchy & taste was good. Their dipping green sauce that goes with it is a bit sweet to me. It would've been better if some spiciness is added to it to give it a punch. Claypot milk coffee tasted good too. Curry noodle was delicious, however beef noodle taste was a bit bland. Will come again but probably not order this menu again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Love this place so much. All the food that we ordered, are amazingly delicious. We had nasi lemak ikan cencaru sumbat, mee siam ayam goreng rempah, Claypot cham ice, teh tarik and safe the last for the best, the delicious cake and we had to order another slice since we finished less than 10mins, the pandan cloud cake. 1st time dine in here and 3rd time coming. Very friendly and kind staff. Very nice and beautiful ambience. Really a hidden gems. Must give a try and must order the pandan cloud cake. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40
