If you want one of the best coffee and good experiences in Pueblo, this is your spot. The beautiful pours of coffee are just a cherry on top with how delicious they are. Imagine drinking the best pistachio latte you’ve ever had, and it also looks like a work of art!
The pastries are always AMAZING and I’m not even vegan, but often eat their vegan options because they’re so dang good. Go check them out! Hurry!
Also, I added a photo that looked a lot like my latte pour but isn’t mine because my phone takes awful pictures.

What has taken me so long in writing this review? The Sacred Bean is far and away the very best coffee shop in Pueblo, Colorado. The the staff is polite and cool, the espresso is delicious, the food is not only fresh and delicious but VEGAN FRIENDLY! Plus, the staff doesn't get judgey when you ask to add bacon to your breakfast tacos. I mean it when I say that whenever I order a rainbow latte my entire day drastically improves. The proof is in my multiple instagram posts of my gorgeous food and drinks. I also appreciate the non-traditional closed days (Wednesday-Thursday) so I have some place to go on Sundays and Mondays which are largely days off for local businesses. I suppose if I were to change anything I'd add a few more comfy seating options but aside from that? 10/10. Thanks, Sacred Bean team!

Stopped by for some refreshments after having breakfast in the downtown area. There was a short line, but line moved quickly as they were taking orders quickly. Once it was our turn, service was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with had great customer service.
Good amount of options from coffee, latte, tea, smoothies, lemonade, etc... They had a nice food menu, but was already full from breakfast. Drinks were ready in about 5 minutes as they had a lot of staff working on all the orders. They did a great job from the coffee to the teas as everyone enjoyed their drinks.
I wish I didn't eat before as I'm sure the food is just as good as the drinks. This is definitely on my list to return when passing through Pueblo again.

This place is the best! We stopped in here with our two small children (3 and 1) to grab a quick bite and some coffee before heading on a long drive.
We were greeted by a friendly staff and an adorable atmosphere with cute chairs and cheery decor. We were told that they don't normally start brunch for a few more hours but the cook (also, owner?) was kind enough to whip up a delicious waffle for our boys. We also ordered a cream cheese danish that was to die for.
He also pulled out some coloring sheets and crayons for the kids to use while we waited. So nice!
Also, the coffee was delicious. My husband ordered a drip and I got a plain latte. I hope we are able to visit this place again!

Got a walnut coffee which I never had before and it tastes like a sweet waffle which was awesome. Got a side of bacon and it was super thick and hot and not too crisp. Perfect. And the service was amazing. Definitely coming back. Also they have the same name as my dog which is cool. Bean says hi to Sacred Bean

Vicy and her crew always go above and beyond. If you want phenomenal drinks this is the place to go. I’ve tried both simple coffee (like a vanilla latte) and also some of the more creative unique drinks they have and loved both.
Her vegan pastries are to die for… and their food is always yummy and fresh 🤤
Hands down the best coffee shop in Pueblo

Stopped in for coffee and breakfast — very glad we did!! The store front was unassuming, took us a second to locate it. The staff was friendly, engaging, and eager to help. The drip coffee was good and fresh. The cortado was also good. The fruit toast we had was also really tasty — the Strawberry Basil toast was the winner! Would totally go back!

If there was a place where other baristas from coffee house's came to chill, this would be the spot! This is where the locals all hang. The owners are soooo cool they piss icecubes! The kitchen is off-the-hook! Serious grindage. Try it all... my fav is the 'Monte Cristo' as is! One last thing, if you're into "urban food logs", these guys rock the burrito scene - check 'em out!

Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Amazing staff. Excellent coffee and treats with new flavors to try all the time. My favorite though is the Ube Latte, which is a sip of heaven in a mug! Great art and artisan crafts for sale too. Love this place and the owners are super awesome people!
