It is the best place near Mardi Gras Museum. You can always enjoy nicely cooked breakfast sandwiches, pork and cheese sandwiches at this cafe. If hungry, come here for tasty beignets, cheesecakes and yogurt. Liqueur is good at The Roasted Bean. This place is known for delicious latte, iced coffee or moccachino. The knowledgeable barista reflects the style and character of this place. A number of guests have noticed that the service is fast. This spot has received Google 4.1 according to the guests' opinions.

The Roasted Bean is the absolute best!! Their customer service is amazing. They great you when you come in the door and overall they make sure you have a great stay. Those same girls I see behind the counter are just lovely and always have smiles on theyre faces despite the rude customers they have to deal with which is completely unnecessary considering the fact that they’re adults. They made me feel at home. I look forward to visiting again!!! :D P.S. That one girl makes the absolute best banana splits I always ask for her!! Food: 5 Service: 5

The taller girl working tonight was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She went out of her way to be rude to multiple customers, not just us. We wouldn't have even noticed if she would have just ignored everyone. She obviously hated life and hated the world. We just wanted a quick ice cream after gambling, but we'll skip this shop from now on. She let it be known that customers are a huge inconvenience for her, so helping her earn a paycheck is now a huge inconvenience for me. She had the personality of an angry hornet. The roasted Bean is the newest thing to us and we'll definitely be remembered. we were initially Starbucks fans but I got to tell you we were pretty amazed. The place is definitely festive and the customer service is awesome. be sure to save your receipt for the day so you can get a refill free of charge. There may be an additional fee for shots etc.

“Iced Americano” is not a freshly pulled espresso shot into ice + water but a premade, gross coffee concentrate that may or may not use espresso. If they can’t make an iced espresso, they shouldn’t be in the coffee business. The falsely advertised Americano is, of course, $5. Same price as good coffee, well-made. Ordered an iced chai and roastbeef/pepper sandwich. The sandwich was borderline spoiled and tasted as if it had sat in a refrigerator for 5 days and then was microwaved. The chai clearly came from a horrible no name concentrate that was more sugar than spice; you'd expect a little more for something that cost $4.50. A tea and spoiled sandwich cost over $20 with tax, which would have more than paid for a nice dine-in lunch at many of the other establishments down the street. Their prices on their TV wall menu doesn’t match what they charge. Ordered Croissant Egg and Cheese which is supposed to be $6 but was charged $8. Their large Frappuccino shows $5 but actually charges $6. So beware! Manager refunded my account after I complained but I was more concerned about them changing the price in their register system/menu prices on the wall for future transactions not just mine. As far as food, it tasted good but I didn’t eat 1/2 of it where there was no egg and cheese. Yes, the croissant was way bigger than the egg and cheese. And the Frappuccino was not bad although it could use more blending. There were ice chips in it that clogged my straw. All in all, not too bad of an experience. Amazing Staff and AWESOME Customer Service!!! The Coffee is Greeeeeaaaat!!! Especially since all the Refills are FREE ALL DAY (as long as you have your receipt). The atmosphere is exactly the right tone for a chill out spot to just sit back and enjoy the moment!!!
