I am a returning customer, I went in tonight and ordered a box of special fried rice (+ other things) and ended up getting a box of just plain rice. For the food to cost this much, your workers should pay more attention to what they are bagging to go. There needs to be a double or triple check before you are giving it to the customer! I don't know how closely the workers doing the online orders are paying attention but if they're just going to put all the things I requested to be removed in anyway, I don't see the reason for giving me an option to exclude them. People also have allergies. It would be nice if someone would be considerate enough to make the order as requested instead of rushing through. This has happened more than once. Food isn't bad. Instructions for online orders are just overlooked even though they tape it directly to the bag. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I hate this establishment because their customer service is horrible, and they NEVER answer the phones. The workers pick it up the calls and then put the call back on call waiting. The call was picked up three times and then put back on call waiting. I was left on hold for 20 minutes to be told they closed 20 minutes ago and the cooks were gone. I ended the call at 9:50pm. The establishment CLOSES at 10. Clean up should start AT 10pm! Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Used to be good but the rice has a strange taste/after taste now. Makes me throw up. Menu is expansive, but I'd rather the taste get back to how it used to be than have a bunch of options. Not sure if it's just this location or what. Charged $4 for extra chicken on my rice and received none. Worker was eating as he was finding my order. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Called order in & asked the young lady to repeat the order and she said "when u get done (with attitude) u trying to do my job". That is rude & very Unprofessional. The food is amazing tho just kinda pricey. But worth it. Poor customer service to say the least. I just ordered a half order of plain fried rice and a half order of plain noodles, and a whole order of turkey egg foo young with extra turkey and fried rice. That was a total of $30.29 worth of food. The driver gets here drops off the food, I look in the bag and my turkey egg foo young is not in the bag but they were all on my receipt, and the employee decides to write “Don’t serve anymore” on the receipt. I then proceeded to call the restaurant and ask them why didn’t they call me to let me know this and give me an option to order something else, the girl then proceeds to tell me, with a funky attitude “that nobody had time to call me back because she’s the only one working,” and at this point I’m thinking that’s not my problem and I know that you’re not taking orders and cooking the food, with as much money as these people are making there is no reason why there’s only one person working that counter, taking orders for those that are coming in and taking orders for those online or even mobile orders. This is why I stopped going there years ago because of the funky attitude of the workers and their sloppiness and there nonchalant attitudes when taking orders and preparing them. I made the mistake to give them the opportunity to get it right this time, I will never be going to this location ever again. The location is 2275 North Highway 67 and I don’t know why they keep hiring these young people with funky attitudes to work that front counter, but they won’t have to worry about me anymore. Stopped by on my way home from an appt. Food was over cooked. St. Paul had lettuce in it. Never had that before. Beef tasted over cooked. Chong Wah is still the best. Servers were nice. Food was over priced. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I've been going to this place for years and the food is usually great (depending on who makes it). However, I was very disappointed with this visit. I ordered special fried rice but they gave me plain fried rice. I ordered a veggie St. Paul but what I got was a St. Paul with shrimp in it and there was bacon on it. The rice wasn't fully cooked. All of the food was poorly made. Hopefully they'll get better cooks/staff soon and make the food as good as it used to be.

CHECK YOUR FOOD... ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A LARGE ORDER...SPENT OVER 60 DOLLARS IN FOOD ONLY 4 ITEMs purchased ...called around 630pm mind you they closed at 10 picked my food up at 7ish so not long before they close any how I dropped the food off at home to kids and 60+ year old mother who had not made it there because she is a nurse and didn't not get off til 730 and was the 1 to suggest getting this food...needless to say we didn't get the pork fried we order and paid for we got dry chicken fried 😑...(the flavor is not the same as the pork fried🤤)....when I called back today at 120 because I didn't notice til I got home later that night they where closed...they told me I should have checked my food before I left and called back the same day..also asked if i still had the food😵‍💫😵wtf....wow😮so I'm supposed to expose my food to make sure it's right ...tell my kids and mother not to eat because some one behind the counter may or may not given us the wrong food🤔..we order from here all the time and I'm beyond disappointed...we will not be back...they didn't offer anything for thier mistake....food usually good here but that chicken fried was flavorless 😪 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
