Sorry guys, your underhanded charges have driven me away. Your food is great, but I can't handle all the "hidden" costs. 1. Your website has wrong pricing. When I bring it up in the restaurant, you say thank you. 2. Taxes are charged at 7%, not the state mandated 6.25%. 3. You charge a "Service fee" based upon the taxed amount of 4.5% (plus a bit). When asked what it was for, you showed a tiny little sign to show that you are charging 4.5% I ordered chicken salad club. It was $15.99 on the website. Your store menu says it is $16.99. You charged $16.99 plus $1.19 in tax which is 7%. You added $.83 service fee to "pay for upgrades in the restaurant and cover changes is costs of food". So in the end, my $15.99 chicken salad club was over $19. I'm out. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The young man who was at the counter was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and made fantastic recommendations. Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They were friendly and quick to get the food out to our entire hockey team. Everyone said that the food from apps to sandwiches to pizzas was amazing!!! The fees are outrageous and please don’t ask what I will be tipping. First I want to sign the receipt and tip accordingly like every other pizza shop. Don’t ask and when I say yes when I sign the receipt when the driver gets her you just hang up. The fees are not ok 17.49 for a bacon cheeseburger and 9.95 for a kids finger plus 4.99 delivery fee and a 1.34 service fee and 6 for the tip ends up being 41.24 with tax included. That is outrageous. Hide the atmosphere in the food cost not in a service fee of 1.34 almost 18 for a bacon Cheeseburger what a price gouge. FYI, the burgers were better before the phantom gourmet I feel it went to their head. The burger which was the winning burger was not bad but not worth 1749. I popped in for a quick lunch with 2 friends. Food was delicious. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap which the chicken was fantastic and not over cooked. One friend got a steak tip sub which he said and I quote “This is the best sub I’ve ever had”. The other friend got a grilled chicken sub and said his was delicious as well. First off, for whoever is complaining about a delivery fee, if you don’t like the charge drive and pick it up yourself. Pay for convenience or be inconvenienced. I consider myself very picky when it comes to restaurants and for the last couple of years, I’ve been in at least 3 times a month with my family and NEVER been disappointed. I’ve tried others and it’s just not the same. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are second to none. If you can’t or won’t pay for quality ingredients, this is not the restaurant for you. Their menu is creative, plates are loaded, and the flavors are amazing. I’m a customer until their quality and service goes down… until then, they have my business for sure. Best pizza/sub restaurant. I ordered the Roast beef sub. Wonderfully constructed & full of flavors. No sogginess. The large toasted roll held the generous serving together for a wonderful dinning experience. Atmosphere is in itself worth the effort to visit.Cleanliness is A+ Soft low lighting with a hip cool soundtrack over a beautiful sound system. Interior design is by a real pro and should win awards.This is an owner going all out to retain all whom enter. Bravo Bravo. It was kind of odd walking into what looks like an over the top upscale pizza joint, but... this place was EXTREMELY CLEAN, the waitstaff well dressed, and the food, while standard fare steak n cheese, was cooked perfect. Just spent 45 dollars on two burgers, just for them to make it the sloppiest junk i ever put on my girlfriends plate. Dont waste your hard earned money on this hot garbage, because they obviously dont care about their food. Not to mention i ordered medium well and you can guess how that came out. We stopped here on a whim this weekend and we really enjoyed our experience! The ambiance is dark and trendy, making you feel like you are in a fancy restaurant and not a typical pizza shop. We ate in the restaurant and it was very comfortable. Their pizza was excellent as well. We had the sweet, mellow pizza with a white base, pears, prosciutto, caramelized onions, basil, and honey.
