The food was ok. I had the Prime Grade Cowboy Sirloin. From the placement on the menu, I assume its a signature dish. Prime Grade Cowboy Sirloin Our ultra tender Cap Steak Sirloin is aged 45 days and is served with our Custom Cowboy Butter, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms and crisp Skinny Rings on a grilled Tortilla. I ordered it Medium rare it came out Medium to Medium Well, there was 1 small strip of green bell pepper, some over cooked slimy onions, no mushrooms and those Skinny Rings were store bought Durkees Fried onions you put on green bean casserole. The Custom Cowboy Butter was broken, separated, and barely covered the bottom of the small black ramekin they gave me. The steak was placed on a grilled tortilla for some reason. It didn't add anything to the meal and was totally out of place. I added a side of crab legs. Regardless of what the server told us, they were NOT fresh! They were so small to begin with. They gave us crab crackers, but the crab shell was so soft they were useless. When I was finally able to get to the meat, I found that it only extended to about half of the leg, and the meat was dry and tasteless. I had a side of French fries and they were fantastic. I wish I had just ordered a plate of those they were so good. Now, the dollop of ketchup that came with them...come on guys. A decent amount of ketchup does not hurt your bottom line. The ridiculousness of giving such a small amount should embarrass you. 😳 Our waitress while very nice was slammed busy. She could barely keep up so we decided not to bother for anything like a refill on our drinks. We thought we would ask the manager but the person who was pointed out as the manager couldn't have been. The guy had on black jeans and an untucked shirt, kind of sloppy looking so we didn't bother. Now our experience might have just been a fluke. I say this as the place was packed! We had to wait 20 minutes for a table. They were supposed to text us when they were ready for us but never did. So, we only got sat after I pointed out others were being sat before us when they came in much later. One redeeming fact about the place was I got 53% off because it was my birthday and your age is your discount. So, thank you MT Grill! We'll have to think about whether or not we'll ever go back. Usually a good meal. They were having a off day. Ordered pork chops and got chicken. My wife got her meal just fine It looked wonderful! I usualy get what I want from MT club. Many perfect meals however this one was sub par. Even the manager on duty visited with us about our meal and made it right. Not a freebie but still good chicken.
