Wonderful place in Valetta. The food is super delicious and I think you can taste the passion and love everyone puts in the cafe and bakery products. If there is a minus points, it is that they do not offer any vegan options (as of my knowledge). The service is super nice and atmosphere is very welcoming. I had the hazelnut cronut and an americano. Americano was great, and the only thing lacking in the cronut was that I wish it had more filling, because there was about a teaspoon or so of spread. The dough was light, slightly crispy and soft without being too oily. The woman working there was sweet and bright and not overbearing. It was cold out when I went, but I do think the heating inside was a little too strong, I can imagine it’s nice and fresh in the summer when the window is open. There is a good amount of light inside too. They also weren’t playing music when I was there which I greatly appreciate because sometimes you don’t feel like music or are working/reading and everyone has different taste and all that.
