This place was fabulous. We had a beer and finger foods at the spa pools. There were classic musicians over the water. The place looked like a tropical island and very summery. Bottles of lemon, orange waters next to the spa pools, which was very thoughtful. The shower room was so tidy and flash. I had a spa in the cave with cool LED lights as well. It was just amazing. I will come back with my family one day.

Highly recommended spa in Whitianga. It offered a decent coffee and breakfast, as well as some of the best service of all the spas I visited this month. This spa serves alcohol and food while in the spa too, so you can enjoy cocktails, wines, and finger foods whilst being the water. Many spas are alcohol and food free zones so this makes a great difference in the market. The spa is partially sheltered which means it can be difficult to enjoy the crater pool in the summer for too long, however the cave makes a great cool retreat. Highly recommend for a nice, relaxing day.

Beautiful setting with native plants and Pacifica themed areas. We did the pool and platter combo, comes with a free cocktail, towels, robe and 2 hour pool dip. $130 per person. Luxury end of the market. Good service with poolside drinks and food brought to you. The owner is very friendly. Not good for those with walking disabilities as uneven ground and steps into pools.

This place is a Wonderland with a selection of pools of different shapes with a variety of temperatures set in a Tropical Setting. The Staff are always on hand to take drink and Snack orders. There is nothing nicer than wandering around the pool with Cocktail in hand.

Stunning place. 3 different temperature pools. 1 cool water 1 warm and 1 hot. It's so fresh and affordable. Even the food and drinks are affordable. Friendly staff. Very Clean. The upgrades look like they will be amazing too

Had been wanting to tick this place off the list for ages, was so disappointed. Definitely a tourist trap. Felt like it was highly over priced. Have been to many hot pool and unfortunately this one doesn't compare to some others. The effort that has gone into making the pools and caves is incredible though. If you haven't been then I'd recommend to go just to say been there done that.

The food was fantastic, but it feels like the rock pools itself needs a bit of love (which they are clearly doing if you look around). There’s some sediment on the bottom of the pool due to wear and tear. We were also not into having the cocktails which is all the vibe of the place 😉 I also think it’s a completely different experience at night time when all the defects aren’t that visible, but once they’ve done the Reno’s it’ll be great. The website is also not great at laying out all the extras, packages and benefits as we would’ve gone for a different package in retrospect. Maybe give them a call and chat as the team is very friendly and helpful ❤️

Amazing place to go for a soak and a massage. Really enjoyed our massage. Huge Thank you to Emi & Sheryl for the amazing massage. Felt like a new person after it. Highly recommend. My partner booked us a couple massage. Got 2 glasses, platter and champage. Purchase Pure Fiji products as those are the products they use when yu go for a massage. Love it. Unfortunately it Hailed just before we left but it still was an amazing experience.

Beautiful and relaxing experience..we booked in advance however you can go without booking too..nice warm thermal pools to relax yourself..you can order food and drinks while in the pools..the service is top notch..some pools can become crowded at times..overall worth the money!!!
